Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the CEO and founder of People & Transformational HR Ltd, a small, but highly networked business transformation consulting firm.

For what projects/services did your company hire 90 Digital?

We needed to revamp and redesign our company’s website.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a more adaptable and representative website that gave the right information and impression of what the company and I stand for in the world of work.

How did you select this vendor?

I knew the COO and understood how the company worked—very liberated, open and inclusive with the people who worked with me. I liked their style as much as their knowledge of everything on my website.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

90 Digital took over from my previous web administrator/designer and instantly took hold of the needs and scoped out a super plan of action including mobile responsiveness, SEO and keywords, and design content, flow, and UX.

What was the team composition?

One lead developer, who was supported by her team. This was just enough for me.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

All areas were processed well, with a tailored approach to delivery. Additionally, downtime was minimal and handled well. They really took over things that I neglected, making good on searches and my presence so that I could be found easier.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They had clear goals and were flexible when I was so busy and couldn’t advise them. I was happy with their fluid deadline.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were responsive to my needs as a client and patient with my availability.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

Mobile responsiveness is still a tiny bit in need of attention, but largely, they provided great service.
