How did you select this vendor?
A former co-worker had previously worked with one of the owners and recommended them to us. We interviewed them along with two other agencies, conducting several video calls and meetings. Ultimately, we went with 7th Floor Studio because they tirelessly answered all of our questions, and their cost suited our budget.
Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?
Before we even signed the contract, they provided an initial strategy, reviewing all of our structural pain points and suggesting ways to resolve them. Once we paid our deposit, they immediately implemented their strategy in phases.
For every part of the project, we went through the same process: they submitted materials for approval and made multiple revisions based on our feedback. This helped ensure that all parties were on the same page. They designed a new logo and submitted a web design before developing our site. They also created promotional assets, including business cards, posters, and fliers. After the final deliverables, they gave us a grace period to request any changes.
What was the team composition?
We worked with the creative director, the marketing technologist, and the developer. The latter two were the co-founders and oversaw a team of other developers. They made the main decisions and dictated the final campaign direction.
