How did you come to work with 7th Floor Studio?

We started working together a while ago, so I don’t remember exactly how we first found them. I conducted some online searches and was impressed with their portfolio. Additionally, they offered a reasonable price.

In total, we’ve spent about $10,000–$15,000 on their services.

We started working together a couple of years ago, and it’s an ongoing partnership.

I’m a marketing strategist for a landscaping company called Leafy Lawns. We handle residential and commercial properties in the Atlanta area, offering services such as sod installation, drainage, grading, leveling, hardscape and much more.

For what projects/services did your company hire 7th Floor Studio?

We approached them to lead our entire rebranding campaign. They created a new logo, promotional materials, and a corporate site with several landing pages to capture leads.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to raise awareness about our company by reaching a new scale of audiences.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

A former co-worker had previously worked with one of the owners and recommended them to us. We interviewed them along with two other agencies, conducting several video calls and meetings. Ultimately, we went with 7th Floor Studio because they tirelessly answered all of our questions, and their cost suited our budget.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Before we even signed the contract, they provided an initial strategy, reviewing all of our structural pain points and suggesting ways to resolve them. Once we paid our deposit, they immediately implemented their strategy in phases.

For every part of the project, we went through the same process: they submitted materials for approval and made multiple revisions based on our feedback. This helped ensure that all parties were on the same page. They designed a new logo and submitted a web design before developing our site. They also created promotional assets, including business cards, posters, and fliers. After the final deliverables, they gave us a grace period to request any changes.

What was the team composition?

We worked with the creative director, the marketing technologist, and the developer. The latter two were the co-founders and oversaw a team of other developers. They made the main decisions and dictated the final campaign direction.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

They surpassed our expectations, and their efforts have already had a huge impact. The website magnificently showcased all of our work, and clients found it easy to use. We were also able to raise a lot of awareness by distributing their posters. Since then, we’ve tripled our revenue and landed numerous qualified leads.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We were flexible with the deadlines and allowed them to provide their own estimates. Based on their established timeline, they met all benchmarks, and I never had to contact them for updates. In terms of communication, we coordinated through Zoom and Skype.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their creativity was amazing; they were able to take my vision and execute it perfectly. I also appreciated their communication skills and responsiveness. Whenever we had a concern or question, they were always quick to get back to us.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

No, nothing comes to mind. They worked hard, and their prices were reasonable compared to the other quotes we received.
