Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?
6D's projects were on time and on budget, so I think those were good metrics to have. We tracked our site usage prior to the transition and after the transition, and we had a higher level of customer engagement after the transition. We had a significant cost reduction in the cost it took to maintain the systems with AEM. We went from a vendor-provided software that we were using for our portals, and we put all that in AEM and saved those dollars that we had on an ongoing basis with the vendor with AEM.
How did 6D Global Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
For the most part, we have our own project managers. They brought a lot of the technical leadership, so it was how to solve technical problems and architecture problems. They provided skilled resources to be able to work with AEM and provide us some templates. For the most part, we handled the project management aspects of it. They embedded people with our team, and most of their people were onsite here working with us.
What distinguishes 6D Global Technologies from other providers?
They particularly had great AEM resources, and those are hard to find. Adobe Experience Manager resources are difficult to find, and they had very good resources in that way. The quality of 6D's technical resources was outstanding.
Is there anything 6D Global Technologies could have improved or done differently?
No. They did very well.
