Are there any areas for improvement or something 5D Logistics could have done differently?

During our engagement with 5D Logistics, we experienced some challenges with the drivers assigned to our deliveries. While the majority of the drivers were professional and efficient, there were a few instances where we encountered issues that affected the overall service quality. In a specific situation, a driver arrived at our facility without the necessary equipment to handle our delicate and fragile items. 

This resulted in delays and increased the risk of damage during transportation. Although the issue was eventually resolved with the assistance of 5D Logistics' support team, it caused some inconvenience and raised concerns about driver preparedness.
