Our company ran into issues where we felt that our system was being compromised. This company was able to remotely handle my project and to be able to patiently explain what was happening and what I needed to do to resolve the issues I was having with my computer.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have worked with the owner years ago and knew that he was very knowledgeable and that I could trust that he would listen and be able to solve my issue remotely.

I noticed that cloud files were showing up on my computer that belonged to other people. I would delete them and new files would appear days later. I became very concerned because the files belonged to multiple people who I had no knowledge of. The vendor team was able to remotely log in and see what issue I was having and be able to resolve it and put security features in place for me.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The diagnosis was clearly explained as to my issue and what caused it. Mr. Mosley was able to share his expertise, remove the files, and correct the underlying cause of the cloud files sharing. Additionally A secure Anitvirus was installed to help protect me in the future.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was handled very clearly. A Zoom called was setup via email. A call was made to me the day and time of our meeting. A remote access connection was setup initially and remains on my desktop for any future support.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This company is very professional and takes the time to explain what they are doing and why. I am a small company, but I do like to stay involved in all aspects of my company growth.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I was very impressed and satisfied with the services provided by 4th and Bailey.

4th and Bailey is a true champion of an IT company. That is, the company seeks to deliver winning solutions to its clients at every point of delivery and at all times. My company and my work, like many others, depend heavily on technology. For most of us, the technology that we use must work consistently. The truth is that when technology does not work, other things are impacted drastically.

On many occasions, 4th and Bailey has come to my rescue in solving technology problems. Solving these problems was crucial to the effective and efficient delivery of my services. On more than one occasion, 4th and Bailey worked tirelessly to solve the problems at hand. From my experience working with this company, there are two things that I noticed that I liked the most. First, I was impressed by the company's methodical approach to solving technology problems.

The company's patient step-by-step approach to diagnosing the real problem was something that I have not seen in other technology IT companies. The second thing that impressed me was the company's culture of excellence. I have had the fortunate opportunity to work with more than one member of the 4th and Bailey's team. They have always finished projects timely. They have also been good about following up, after the project has been completed, to confirm that the solution is still working well. This is one thing that I really like about the company.

Whether the services was being provided by the CTO or one of the team members, there was a consistent flow of information and communication between the CTO and team member such that the solution provided to me was timely, efficient, and effective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

From my experience working with this company, there are two things that I noticed that I liked the most. First, I was impressed by the company's methodical approach to solving technology problems. The company's patient step-by-step approach to diagnosing the real problem was something that I have not seen in other technology IT companies.

The second thing that impressed me was the company's culture of excellence. I have had the fortunate opportunity to work with more than one member of the 4th and Bailey's team. No. In 4th and Bailey's instance, there is nothing that I can say that I wish the company had done differently. In fact, there were occasions when it was difficult for the company to be more efficient due to my inefficiencies in locating important information that they needed to solve my technology problems.

What challenge were you trying to address with 4th and Bailey?

I wanted more customers to see what my business has to offer, so I hired 4th and Bailey for their marketing expertise.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

4th and Bailey designed and produced various marketing materials to advertise my business. Their deliverables include brochures, coupons, etc. I’m not a marketing professional, so I just communicated a few aspects of my business and sent pictures of the restaurant. They took control of the project from there.

Lionel (Information Technology Consultant, 4th and Bailey) works with another third-party web developer to maintain and support our website. He helped create our mobile app by providing UI consulting expertise for the frontend design. We plan on contracting Lionel to continually support the app. Lionel also performs other consultations services for us on an ad-hoc basis. As an example, he worked with me to find a Merchant Service Provider, other than PayPal. The money we gained by switching providers, has increased our revenue.

They were recommended to me by a family member who had worked with them previously. I reached out and gave them a small project. Lionel performed well, so I kept giving him work and the relationship evolved from there.

Lionel is excellent at what he does. We’re a BBQ place, so it’s hard to get customers to notice us as a high-quality establishment. 4th and Bailey provided marketing materials that give off a good impression and makes us look more professional than similar restaurants. We wanted something a little different, and that’s what Lionel brings to the table. His efforts have led to an increase in our online sales.

How did 4th and Bailey perform from a project management standpoint?

I email Lionel almost every day. He’s a strong communicator and makes himself available to me at any time. The accommodating approach makes me feel comfortable reaching out whenever something is on my mind.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re flexible and patient. I forget to do things on my end all the time, but he’s quick to remind me of important deadlines. Lionel’s knowledge and passion show through his work.

I can’t think of anything significant improvements. He’s a good guy.

4th and Bailey developed brand new websites for each of my businesses and conducted SEO to improve my online rankings. They also designed a new logo for the barbecue restaurant and added an online ordering gateway.

I met Lionel through a mutual friend. We discussed the problems I was having and what he could potentially do to help me.

My restaurant’s website looks much more modern now, and my menu is displayed in a much more appealing way. So many people will eat with their eyes, and the new site takes advantage of that.

The website for my security company is similarly more modern, and I have seen more business as a result of the SEO project. I am generating more leads, and my revenue since April has increased from an average of $3,000 to almost $13,000 per month.

Lionel had a quick turnaround on all tasks. He was punctual and made sure everything was in order. We grew to be friends, but we had a very businesslike relationship.

He’s a perfectionist, and I’ve seen the results. He delivers on what he promises, and the consistency of his work was admirable. He never got sloppy. The work was done well the whole time. I don’t know what I would have done without him.
