Introduce your business and what you do there.
I run Say It All, an English speaking club based in Dnipro that focuses on helping people improve their spoken English through live discussions, practical communication exercises, and real-life topics. The club is designed for learners who want confidence and fluency rather than traditional classroom-style lessons, with a strong emphasis on community, consistency, and real interaction.
At the company, I am the founder and owner, responsible for the overall strategy and development of the business. My role includes designing the learning format, leading speaking sessions, managing partnerships, and making key decisions related to marketing, branding, and growth. I am also directly involved in content direction and communication to ensure the brand reflects the club’s values and goals.

What challenge were you trying to address with 4LIV?
The main challenge was building visibility and momentum for a relatively new English speaking club in a competitive local market with a very limited marketing budget. I needed to establish a recognizable brand, attract the right local audience in Dnipro, and create consistent engagement on Instagram without relying heavily on paid advertising.
Additionally, there was a need for a structured content strategy and ongoing social media management, as handling content creation, visuals, posting, and communication internally would have significantly slowed down business development. Working with 4LIV helped address these challenges by providing strategy, consistency, and professional execution, allowing the project to gain traction and sustainable organic growth.

4LIV manages our Instagram and Facebook pages. The team has the following deliverables: increase views on the page, increase the reach of the page, increase content interaction, increase the number of visits on the page, and increase the number of followers on the page. 4LIV has created 40+ posts and 21+ reels over four months.
The team has also developed our brand's visual concept.4LIV has done complete Instagram management, including content, communication, and strategy. The team has gone above and beyond their remit to organize in-person events, which have proven invaluable.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
4LIV's campaign has resulted in a 50% increase in members beyond our expectations. The team has helped us almost triple our followers from 60 to about 178. Our actual club attendance has increased from 5–7 people per event to about 13–15 people per event. Sometimes, 20–21 members join the club.We track several key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the project's success.
Engagement metrics are a major focus since the project is executed with a minimal advertising budget and relies primarily on organic growth. We monitor reach-to-engagement ratios, post interactions (likes, comments, saves, and shares), and reels performance. The account has shown steady engagement growth alongside an 84% increase in views, indicating that the content is reaching and resonating with the right audience rather than generating passive impressions.
Audience quality is another critical KPI. By the end of the project, 73% of the audience is from Dnipro, which is the target location. Additionally, 63% of the audience is women aged 18–44, the key demographic for the brand. This confirms that the strategy and content are attracting the correct audience rather than inflating numbers with irrelevant followers.
We also evaluate consistency and content efficiency. Over four months, 4LIV has delivered 40+ posts and 21+ reels, maintaining regular posting and unified brand visuals. This directly contributes to the peak result of 22.4K views in October 2025.
While direct lead conversions aren't the primary KPI due to the limited budget and awareness-stage focus, inbound engagement through comments and direct messages has increased, demonstrating growing brand recognition and audience trust. Overall, success is measured not only by growth numbers but by organic reach, audience relevance, engagement quality, and sustainable visibility achieved without any ad spend.
In addition to the core KPIs, we focus heavily on progress tracking and process transparency throughout the collaboration with 4LIV. We monitor performance on a monthly basis using Instagram analytics, allowing us to compare growth dynamics rather than isolated numbers. This includes tracking content reach trends, reels velocity during the first 7–14 days after publishing, and audience interaction patterns to understand what formats and topics perform best.
4LIV uses these insights to adjust the content strategy in real time.We also measure consistency and execution quality as tangible outcomes. 4LIV ensures uninterrupted Instagram management across content creation, publishing, community communication, and visual branding. The development of a unified brand visual concept is a measurable milestone, as it improves content recognition and supports steady organic growth despite minimal paid promotion.
Another important measurable outcome is efficiency under budget constraints. With no ad spend budget, the project demonstrates that structured strategy, regular posting, and data-driven optimization can still deliver meaningful results — culminating in peak activity of 22.4K views in October 2025 and sustained audience growth over four months.

Are there any areas they could improve?
Given the limited budget and the organic-only focus, there are no major shortcomings in how 4LIV handles the project. If anything could be done differently, it would be the ability to invest more in paid promotion earlier to accelerate reach and follower growth. However, this is a budget constraint rather than a performance issue on 4LIV's side.
From an execution and communication standpoint, the team is responsive, open to feedback, and adaptable throughout the project.
