Our online courses were much more visible and the recipes helped reaching our community.

We established a set of deliverables on our kick-off meeting. Stand-up meetings were held weekly to review progress. The project was delivered in time.

They cared about details, had very good customer service, and helped fix post-launch issues.

We launched the site before an important event and it had great reception from our clients. Also, several leads contacted us though the form they created. The online rate system increased our efficiency by saving tons of response times from our employees.

They included me into a Slack channel. There were weekly stand-ups. The project took around 6 months and it was launched before the event, as expected.

Kick-off meeting to discuss goals and deliverables. Then they shared wireframes and mockups while we provided content. Then their team created a custom theme in a WordPress site, that included a blog.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our website, information flow for our visitors was much more clear and we saw a 50% increase visits followed by an email marketing campaign that brought us lots of new leads

We had weekly stand-ups with the project manager. They used Zeplin to share their designs and Google Docs so we could share contents. The delivery schedule has been accomplished with no delays.

Site's content was really easy to update, after training they provided. They also collaborated setting up hosting and email tools.

40Q was hired to redesign our website, organize site's sections and improve the visitors' experience with a fresh new design, in order to increase sells and simplify our operation.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

40Q helped me in the past with the design and development of the website of a corporate translation services company I founded more than 10 years ago. They were great with that project.

- We sent copy to them. - They wire-framed and presented different design variants. - After one was chosen they developed a custom theme in WordPress - Site was tested in multiple browsers, hosted on a VPS, and launched.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After site launch and prior to the Whale Shark Season visits to our website increased by a 100% (supported with an ads campaign) and we were able to close 60% more deals than the previous season.

We had weekly stand-ups with deliverables, and communication took place via email. Although tight timeline, they were able to accomplish the goals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Outstanding design and communication. WordPress panel is very easy to use.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We could have used other tools for communicating, like Slack, but it wasn't so well-known as it is today.
