We are a charity organization, and I am the director of marketing, communications, and development.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with 3Circle Media?

We initially hired 3Circle Media to develop a newly rebranded website, and since then they’ve been providing updates and managing our Google advertising.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They design new banners and banner sliders on our home page and around our website, as well as performing more behind the scenes functional tasks. The majority of their work now, however, is managing our Google Ads campaign.

Since we’re a nonprofit, we receive $10,000 a month from Google in free paid ads, and they’ve been helping us to meet — and actually exceed in the past few months — that spend.

What is the team composition?

I work with Bev (Owner, 3Circle Media) directly as well as one of her developers.

How did you come to work with 3Circle Media?

I actually inherited the relationship with 3Circle Media from my predecessor when I started working with the charity, but I know we found them while looking for a web design agency.

How much have you invested with them?

Our total investment with them has been about $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first engaged with 3Circle Media in 2017, and our work is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since they began working for us, they have been able to completely maximize our Google aggregate campaign and all of our SEO. They are responsible for helping to generate about 10,000 visits to our website each month.

They are a small organization and have relatively lean resources, but beyond their SEO work, their designs for our website are effective at what they do as well.

How did 3Circle Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Bev mostly operates as a one-person organization, and I think she is really great at what she does. She responds very quickly to our requests, both through email and over the phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They provide really great value for how affordable they are, which is the biggest element for a nonprofit like us. They’ve been able to exceed our goals around our Google Ads campaign and SEO.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think they could be a little bit more organized, but that will probably also come with the expansion of the organization. I’d like to see them develop a little more bandwidth in terms of their ability to provide both range of services and attention to detail.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Just be very clear about your goals at the onset of the campaign, and make sure that you are tracking your progress on those goals get where you want to be as a business.
