Our new SEO strategy has increased the positions of the keywords and helped them rank on top SERP. The content helped us engage potential audience. Our leads increased.

They delivered results on a Weekly basis and sent a detailed activity sheet having all the work links. They reported on a Monthly Project Completions basis via Extensive reports.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think the fact that they customize each project as per your needs is a plus, therefore there's no need for much improvements.
