Pardot does provide life cycle reporting nor actions on google re-marketing clicks. We could see the data existed, but could not access it.

We spoke with four expensive consultants about this and none offered satisfactory solutions. Cloud360 understood the problem and was confident in working with the Pardot API to succeed.

Their solution was exactly what we needed and we later signed on for more projects.

Skype is principal, but they also now communicate via Zoho Cliq for addressing user errors. Also, Gsuite.

They know what they are doing, period. We have worked with others, but the technical expertise is so limited.

Here we have a project manager who understands the default tools, but also knows when it is best to utilize APEX and APIs.

I posted my first job on Upwork a year and they responded. Since that first job, for any Salesforce need, I hire them directly for the work.

Again, this project was several small projects that spanned over the past year. Most included custom Apex builds within Salesforce. I simply tell them what I want, and they design/build everything for me in my Salesforce environment. Example: When an opportunity is marked sold/won, a project is automatically created with related product requests for all products on the opportunity. Different actions are taken based on the division the opportunity is sold for and their build accounts for all those differences.

I worked directly with 360 via Upwork.

360 Degree Cloud has worked on 11 different Salesforce projects over the past two years. The projects have varied, but all have required exhaustive knowledge of Salesforce, strong project management skills, and excellent communication.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal for these projects was always to improve our processes within Salesforce.

I found them through a freelancer site after working with several other agencies who delivered work that wasn't satisfactory.

They performed development work within Salesforce and configured our Salesforce to best suit our needs.

We always had a dedicated project manager. Other people would come depending on the requirements of the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

All of our departments have become more efficient, and 360 Degree Cloud has helped us reduce the time required to complete work in sales, accounting, and service departments.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Deadlines were always met, meetings were scheduled regularly, and accurate requirements were taken and executed. Having a single point of contact brought about consistency and reduced my workload on managing projects.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their consistency was impressive, and I never had a project that they were unable to complete in two years.

I don't have any useful feedback. We are still working with 360 Degree Cloud.
