I worked with Shahzad. I am very confident in the advice he provides. One of the most valuable aspects is that unlike other consultants I have worked with in other fields, Shahzad LISTENS. He understood how concerned I am about my clients information as well as my desire to keep my proprietary data and systems from being used to train any AI. He walked me through setting up a RAG. That was the intial goal, for our first meeting. Shahzad understood my goals, and offered solutions. Solutions that were within my budget, that I could understand how to use, and which ran on my exisiting hardware. That has led to more ongoing meetings and Zoom calls,all of which are greatly helpful.
Bottom line; Delivered fast, helpful, and effective solutions, in my budget, on my existing hardware, speedy delivery, succinct or expansive advice depending on what I needed. Great work. I am extremely satisfied with my investment with 360 Automation AI.
