Hi This is Zoey & I'm the marketing director of Casa Dishes. It’s an app for home chefs and people who love to eat.

For what projects/services did your company hire 360 App Services, and what were your goals?

We wanted a platform like Uber Eats but only with home chefs. In the app chefs can showcase their specialities and our work receives orders from customers smoothly and customers can check out which chefs are available in their area and what dishes they offer.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were searching online for a mobile app development company and 360 App Services came up in the search results. We visited their website, we were impressed by their portfolio and then we talked to their representative. We liked how they presented us with the whole idea of how they can help us and after 2 meetings on skype we officially hired them as our app developers.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They started by doing research about our competitors and other apps that are similar to our idea and then they started working on UI/UX design of our application, their mockups and interactive prototype were amazing. They represented our business really beautifully. Then the development started, we wanted an app that can be run on both iPhone and android with a single code so we chose to go for React Native for development. After testing and fixing bugs they handed over the app to us.

Team was very professional. They assigned us a project manager who kept us updated in every step of app development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We received the complete app just like we wanted within 5 months, it’s not live yet because we are still figuring out some changes in the app according to our business model. Once we agree to the changes our app will go into production and get finalized by the 360 App Services team. Up till now working with their team is an amazing experience. The company is highly professional and delivers quality work on time.

The Project Management was amazing. They kept us updated on every step of development and discussed new ideas with us that would be beneficial for us in the future.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their UI UX designing skills were on point. I loved the overall look and flow of my app.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was nothing that disturbed me while working with them. Everything was perfect according to me.

We searched for best UI UX developers for mobile application and we found their website. We talked to their team on a video call and told them about the business we are in and what is the concept of our app, then they give us brief description about how they help and hired them

In the beginning we told them who our competitors were & their team did a research on them that how they have designed their app, and give us the notes about what is best is for our app. Then the whole process of designing started, they created a UX wireframe, Prototype, & a UI design. At every stage their team was in contact with us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was successful. We are taking the design further and we are in discussion with 360 App Services development team to develop our app.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their project manager was amazing to work with. We were getting updates at every stage during the project and the communication was really easy. We don't really have to worry if there were any changes in the design.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication skills and UI/UX designs were on point.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No there aren't any, the process was really smooth and easy.
