What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Previously, we were getting roughly one lead per quarter on our website. However, with 321 Web Marketing’s support, we’re now closing around 20 website leads per month.

How did 321 Web Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They have a great project management workflow; they use Wrike as their project management tool and utilize custom tools to approve content and other things. Then, we communicate with them over phone calls.

321 Web Marketing understands the science of SEO, which allows them to be very adaptable. More importantly, they’re willing to do a lot of research on our behalf to make sure that we get the best results possible.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, but I hope that they'd continue to keep the quality of their work.

SEO is a long-term commitment so you have to set clear metrics before you engage with them. SEO has ups and downs, but you only have to power through the downs to get the most out of the ups.
