We brought on the 30K Strategy team to assist with many items related to our branding & UX. The items 30K assisted with include the following: 

• Logo redesign 
• Website design 
• Website UX 
• Building branding guidelines 
• Physical booth design 
• Digital advertisements

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

30kstrategy took our jumbled thoughts on our branding and came up with cohesive designs. They streamlined the website and improved traffic through the site.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We never had extremely firm timelines on a majority of the items 30K worked on. When we did need something quickly or had an urgent request 30K was always able to fulfill the request extremely quickly, and kept us up to date through the entire process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found the responsiveness of Alex & his team to be a huge benefit for us. We work in an industry that can have items pop up randomly or need something within 3 days, and they were always able to meet those tight last minute deadlines.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 30kstrategy could have done differently?

This would be on both of us. For longer running projects, it would have been preferred to have more updates as they were being worked on. That would have really fallen on both of us to make more of an effort there. :)
