My brother has his own YouTube channel that aims to promote sign language and reach out to the deaf community in Pakistan. I work as his personal assistant.

What challenge were you trying to address with 2BTech?

We needed their help in digital marketing to promote the YouTube channel of my brother.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I onboarded 2BTech on behalf of my deaf brother who wanted to increase his reach on YouTube by creating more curated content for his viewers. 2BTech’s work highly centers on optimizing the channel content of my brother, so he can expand his target audience and spread more awareness on the deaf community and sign language.

2BTech regularly gets in touch with us whenever we produce new content to guide us on which titles and tags to use on the video descriptions. We’ve recently asked them to help us promote my brother’s advocacy on Instagram and Facebook as well.

Our main point of contact is the CEO — he then relays our needs to his team.

How did you come to work with 2BTech?

We found their company page on Facebook. After browsing through their work, we thought they’d be the perfect team to hire for our digital marketing needs.

We have an agreement wherein we pay them 20,000 Pakistani rupees ($130 USD) for 30 videos.

We started in March 2021, and it’s an ongoing partnership.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a lot of improvement on my brother’s YouTube channel as compared to when we were just running it by ourselves — we’ve also been hearing a lot of positive feedback from his viewers. The main difference is that 2BTech knows how to put up the right content to reach the right audience. 

How did 2BTech perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicate via email and phone calls. 2BTech is a very patient and cooperative team. They collaborate well with me, and they’ve always understood and respected my brother’s condition. Our requirements vary depending on the video, but they always make it a point to adapt by customizing their solutions to fit those. They’ve been very good at meeting deadlines — they apply changes and provide suggestions within a 24-hour time frame.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're a team of good listeners. We always get the most out of our money because of their careful and personal services. 2BTech has really done an excellent job.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to provide them with all the information and requirements needed to make the project happen. Cooperate well with their team and be timely in delivering tasks as well.

I believe someone on our team knew their CEO. They don’t have much of an online presence.

A ballpark estimate of the cost so far is $3,000–$4,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

My team was working with them in the beginning, but I believe we started with 2BTech 2–3 months ago. They’re currently developing our website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It would be difficult to provide statistics before our website is launched. Nonetheless, 2BTech is a creative and responsive team. I’m always on the move, and I don’t have the time to do sit-downs with them, but I’m always able to reach them when I have a question. That’s what I like best about them.

How did 2BTech perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re a young team, and they do lose track of timelines sometimes, but that’s normal in this field. I have no complaints so far, and that’s pretty much why I’m giving this review.

We communicate through email, WhatsApp, and other channels. We have conference calls through Zoom. It’s a pretty big project, and different members of our team meet with members of theirs. We don’t have centralized meetings as such, but we’re in touch with them almost every week.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like their pricing. They’re pretty affordable for us. This was a nonprofit project and we didn’t want to spend a lot of money. They really surprised us on that front.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re doing a good job on the website so far, from what I’ve seen. Other than that, we haven’t completed any commercial marketing campaigns in order to set the metrics.

2BTech is a new startup, and I’m sure they have a long way to go. One of the areas of improvement for them is getting more graphic designers.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

If the client has a mid-sized project where they’re majorly concerned with the price, 2BTech is a good team to get in touch with.

I needed help with development and marketing. I don’t have sufficient resources in-house.

We’ve worked with 2BTech on multiple projects. I hired them once for HTML, CSS, and Vue.js frontend web development for a booking site. They’ve also worked on a WordPress project, a portfolio website for a client.

I’ve also engaged 2BTech for their social media services. For the social media work, I had a client page and I hired them for the SMM and they were quite good. They targeted Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. They did paid ads for Facebook as well.

We worked together from January 2019–July 2020.

They did the demographics very well. The page was originally run by my client and he was very satisfied with the traffic being generated afterward. They were good at it. Their technical expertise is outstanding.

Also, the quality of their social media marketing was tremendous. My client was a technical expert in that domain, and he praised 2BTech’s services. They have a very good skill set for social media marketing. For the website development, their code practices were good. 

They provided the proper documentation of the code. They were technically strong in that aspect as well.

How did 2BTech perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication is very good. They contact me on time. If they have any issues with my description, they ask me ahead of time so that it doesn’t compromise the deadline.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re dedicated. They delivered everything within the deadlines they gave me, and they were good with communication. Anytime there were any issues, they told me ahead of time. Our deadlines were never disturbed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I asked them for the best Wix technology and they had no idea about it. It’s not something they could improve, but if they had, my work would have been quite easy.
