Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the founder and Managing Director at Jungle Ken Holidays. We take wildlife enthusiasts from different countries to the various national parks in India. I have an experience of more than 10 Years in managing tour operations for wildlife sector.

For what projects/services did your company hire 22 Marketing Studios?

We had started an exclusive wildlife travel company in the year of 2019. We needed a website that would depict our services and expertise in the domestic as well as the inbound travel sector. Hence we hired 22 Marketing Studios.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed two different websites, one for domestic operations and the other for inbound operations. We had clear goals to generate leads for both domestic and inbound sector through website and digital marketing.

How did you select this vendor?

We first found 22 Marketing Studios through local google search and one of my acquaintances referred me Kaustubh Panat contact for the said job.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

There were two different aspects for the two different websites (Domestic and Inbound). The first was the domestic website which required more services oriented design approach. The domestic website needed to be on point with less focus on aesthetics and more on tour itineraries. The domestic wildlife market of India is very much volatile. Travelers opt for the best deals online irrespective of the brand providing them. hence we needed our domestic website with more focus on the actual services/tour itinerary pages. 22 Marketing Studios helped us achieve the same with a perfect mix of a website with proper on-page and off-page SEO. While on the other hand, the inbound website on which 22 Marketing Studios is currently working on, requires more focus on branding, aesthetics and the services we provide to the foreign wildlife travelers. The team at 22 Marketing Studios is well versed with their work. They know what is exactly needed and they act accordingly.

What was the team composition?

22 Marketing Studios had assigned a dedicated web designer, with a UI/UX Designer for our project. They were pretty open and cool with collaborating with our team. I believe they have a total number of 7 permanent employees with 3 temporary executives. Im not sure about the rest.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I'm not much experienced with the world of digital marketing. We opted website design & development, SEO and Social Media Marketing services from 22 Marketing Studios. I was informed by Kaustubh and his fellow associate that SEO will take some time to gain traction and start actually delivering results. 

Its been like two months, we have already started getting results with a monthly qualified traffic of 200 unique visitors from Google. The number is growing. We have also started getting conversions from the organic traffic, the number might be small but i believe it will grow over the period in the future.

The agency also manages our social handles, our Facebook page is relatively new but we have started getting good engagement on our Facebook posts as well. 

The agency launced a paid campaign on facebook in the month of January with a little budget of INR. 30,000.00 the revenue we made on the budget was INR. 170,000.00 which is roughly 6X the investment, plus the increase in page likes by 150 and the overall increase in the brand engagement.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was properly organized. There were almost zero delays apart from the time when there was a delay in information transfer from our end. The team at the agency is professional and understand how companies work and the troubles they face.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing about the agency was their culture where the founder and the other employees work hand in hand on all projects with always keeping an open mind on suggestions and taking data driven decisions for marketing.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I personally feel, 22 Marketing Studios should hire a few more employees and expand. They should also limit their services to few industries rather than focusing on all.
