Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m an owner and partner of a law firm.
What challenge were you trying to address with 11/11 Media?
We turned to the 11/11 Media team for help with internet marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Their team controls our website, handling everything from page and infrastructure updates, blog posts, and SEO. They also provide Facebook marketing services and serve as our agent for placing advertisements and managing our relationship with a radio station. All of the ads that they ran were created by their team as well.
What was the team composition?
I’m not sure how many individuals worked on the project in the background, but all of my communication flowed through Sergio (President) who was our main point of contact.
How did you come to work with 11/11 Media?
We were looking for a Hispanic marketing team because our goal was to advertise just to the Hispanic market.
How much have you invested with them?
Their fee was a percentage of our total ad spend per month, so in total, I would estimate that we've spent around $50,000–$70,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started with them in October 2019 and are continuing to work together. They are maintaining our website to help us continue our online presence, but we have cut down significantly on the work they were doing because the market for our work has been completely shut down by COVID-19 for the time being.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Given the global circumstances, we have been satisfied with the effort that they put into the project and the assets that they were able to deliver in the time that we worked together. The return from the project has not been as significant as we had hoped, but that is in no way due to anything that they did.
Throughout the partnership, they have done everything they said they would do and have been able to save us money on web hosting and maintenance because of how understanding and flexible they have been with regard to our contract.
How did 11/11 Media perform from a project management standpoint?
They are very professional and committed to working with us despite the difficulties that the pandemic has presented. We haven’t had any issues with them on deadlines for any deliverables, and their team has been enjoyable to work with.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They really excel at advertising in Spanish for English-speaking companies. We would not have been able to get exposure in the Spanish market without the help that they provided to us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t know of anything that they could have done differently that would have changed the outcome of the project. All of the difficulties we encountered were due to environmental factors, and their team was nothing but helpful in working with us to adapt to those.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be very clear about what you need and brainstorm ideas together with them so that you are able to get their creative input to go along with their marketing services.
