The Legend of the Firetree
This is Chocolate made from...Volcanoes. That’s right. Volcanoes! Yes. The ONLY chocolate made from volcanoes! Lost in a world of myth, mystery & rarity, this is an epic story waiting to be told. This is the Legend of the Firetree. And our story starts at the very beginning...

We are the Ocean
Thalassophy makes luxury clothes made out of recycled ocean plastic...our minds blew too!
But telling people that the ocean is being destroyed by plastic is just depressing and demotivating. Instead we reminded people that we are inextricably tied to the ocean and that connection is something you can’t ignore.

Peach Food Porn
Peach does delicious looking food. But instagram is full of delicious looking food. There’s ‘food porn’ around every corner but to make Peach the place to go, they needed to do something different. How do you show off all this incredible looking food? You don’t. You censor it.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the managing director of a chocolate company. We manufacture high-end chocolate.
What challenge were you trying to address with 10 Days London?
We needed them to help us get our brand name into the marketplace by creating appealing promotional videos.
What was the scope of their involvement?
10 Days London’s team created two promotional videos for our company. The first one was a 90-second live-action video that featured our company and substantial facts about it. The second video was about 72-seconds long and was mostly factory-oriented. After shooting the videos, their team did post-processing by incorporating appropriate background music and voice-overs.
What is the team composition?
My main point of contact was George (Co-Founder). I also worked with their video and sound directors.
How did you come to work with 10 Days London?
I knew George from a previous engagement — we stayed in touch with one another. When I needed to find a team to work on our videos, I asked how he was doing and if he could do something for us — one thing led to another.
How much have you invested with them?
I spent less than £10,000 (approximately $13,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
The engagement happened in November 2020. It only took them 10 days to finish the videos.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We used their work to build our libraries and gain opportunities on social media. It’s hard to pinpoint metrics because we’re still growing over time, but I must say that the quality of their work was excellent. They were well-prepared with ideas that beautified our videos, and their editing was just spot-on.
How did 10 Days London perform from a project management standpoint?
We mainly communicated via email. I worked with other video production agencies in the past but it was always done internally, so I never experienced being involved in the process. 10 Days London operated quickly and simply not just to meet our needs but also to make the entire process easy for us to understand.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was impressed with the amount of knowledge they put into the entire proposal and the outcome itself — their work approach was both efficient and speedy.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I didn’t think there were any.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a proper discussion with their team before they come up with a project proposal. If you fully understand your business strategies and the goals you want to achieve, they will accordingly key into those.
