My name is Matteo Maiorano and I am the Founder & Director of the Roman brand of luxury shoes called MAIORANO.

For what projects/services did your company hire #00F Agency, and what were your goals?

I hired #00F Agency for the development of an e-commerce for my brand. The goal of the project was not only to develop a classic e-commerce, but also to create a 360-degree experience in the world of my brand, which its characterized by a quite particular aesthetic and production philosophy.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We met through LinkedIn and immediately felt a connection between our works and our visions. Despite their young age (30 years), I discovered guys with vast knowledge and experience, and I knew I could rely on them.

We first set up an in-person meeting to discuss the basics of the project: aesthetics, key concepts and objectives. From there we kept in touch through phone / e-mails constantly. Regularly a Zoom call was set to check the development of the project step by step, and for any corrections / modifications. Once the entire image of the site was established in the smallest details, the team continued autonomously in the last technical definition phase, until the conclusion of the project.

Angela, the Project Manager, has been my main point of contact throughout the process, but in every Zoom call I could discuss also with Salvatore, which is the Main Designer of the agency that worked to the project with another Designer of the team.

The project gave me the real opportunity to show the world the authentic nature of the brand, thanks to a meticulous work and careful to every little detail.

Angela was an excellent Project Manager, able to follow the work in a professional and orderly way. All the scheduled calls and appointments were perfectly organized to follow up on the work steps, without ever causing interruptions or delays.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I have found extraordinary in working with #00f Agency is their unique ability to combine rigorous professionalism with genuine empathy and a healthy education. When I talked to them, I knew I was talking to attentive professionals, but at the same time they were able to create an incredibly positive and serene environment in which to express serenely, like in a family. This is the key of their talent, and what allows them to develop works that are as beautiful and professional as they are absolutely authentic in every aspect. This is what happens when communication flows unhindered, and in this, they are fantastic.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly no. They have been fantastic throughout the time we have worked together, and there is no objection to their choices or the way they work. I would undoubtedly choose them again, and would recommend their work to anyone who wants to develop a website.

#00F Agency improved our digital identity, created a better website, and provided creative direction and digital/logo guidelines for our future projects. The team designed the entire website, created a new logo, and developed brand guidelines.

#00F Agency provides detailed bullet points of all the work and progress made. We expect to improve the contacts, leads, and views on our public platforms and social media once the website is live.

We overpassed the deadline, but it was due to external circumstances on both sides. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

The tailor-made website is clearly an improvement from what we had before.

They could organize more Microsoft Teams meetings with us because, compared to email exchanges, it's more effective and efficient in terms of sharing feedback.

The aim of the work was to create a modern and dynamic site, in line with our major competitors. The site had to have a home page that reflects our work, creative and aesthetic. We're not interested in just having a descriptive site, but a showcase could represent us. 00F managed to satisfy all our requests.

The site has been finished for a few days, at the moment an aesthetic factor and a more than positive SEO analysis.
