• Mobile App for Technicians/Businesses - An app for technicians to manage their services, view customer requests, and manage schedules. 
• Web App for Platform Admin - A web-based application for administrators to manage the platform, including customers, technicians, services, and all associated workflows.

The project was completed within our budget and on time. They were able to accomplish everything we asked for and made it very easy for us to use the software and website systems once they were done. They did a great job of meeting or exceeding all the job's requirements.

From my experience with software companies they do a great job at flexibility and understanding when it comes to project detail and budget. They came out with a budget for every aspect and if it didn't quite fit what we were asking for they would adjust and explain the difference of what we were getting to help us best decide where we wanted to go over budget and where we wanted to go under budget.

I really can't think of any specific improvements as they did such a great job at understanding and fullfilling the assignment.

We primarily wanted to bring the traditional rosary experience into the digital world, where much of today’s audience is, through a mobile application. Zaigo understood this vision and delivered a highly responsive app with digital beads, allowing users to pray bead-by-bead. 

Additionally, we wanted the app to feature guided prayers and reflections that users could access with ease. We also asked them to develop a web application platform that would allow administrators to manage all content and users. 

Based on our requirements, the team at Zaigo Infotech delivered a web application, a mobile application, and a website. They also ensured the entire application included essential features such as in-app purchases, donations, subscriptions, push notifications, and more.

Bringing a client’s vision to life with maximum accuracy is no small feat, and that’s exactly what Zaigo Infotech achieved for us. They helped us deliver the digital rosary experience to our users, giving us a unique edge over others. The responsive and intuitive application was nothing short of amazing. 

Most of our users have shared how much easier it is to pray and meditate using digital rosary beads on their mobile devices. Features like the “forgot password” option, administrator-managed content, and more have further enhanced the overall user experience and engagement.

For a long time, most of our processes at Winpack Ventures were manual. This consumed both our time and resources. So, we looked for a solution that would automate our existing processes and optimize resources. Thankfully, Zaigo Infotech not only understood our challenges but also provided the perfect solution that aligned with our needs like a custom fit.

Our management required a completely digitized platform where the workflow goes in a breeze. We wanted to oversee and manage the work of production managers, plant managers, and employees at the plant, as well as view the complete status of orders in production. For this purpose, the Zaigo team provided a custom web, mobile, TV, and tablet app that could be used by multiple stakeholders.

Zaigo Infotech team developed a web, mobile, tablet, and TV app to improve our manufacturing operations and simplify the complex processes. The web app is for production managers, the mobile app is for managing directors and plant managers, and the tablet app is for employees on the production floor. Additionally, they developed a TV app that allows us to view the status of production over a Smart TV panel.

Zaigo Infotech smartly integrated a 3rd-party biometric device, which helps us track our employees and their overall production. Also, we are able to restrict unauthorized access from locations outside our premises, thanks to the IP restriction feature of the platform.

To be frank, Zaigo has an incredible team. These guys are young with bubbling passion. Not once did I find them tacky or sloppy. They laid out a clear plan, gave us a timeframe, and kept their word, always meeting deadlines. Also, they were quite responsive. Whenever we tried to reach them, they were always ready and open-minded.

As I mentioned earlier, they have a clear vision. That, right then and there, impressed me a lot. As for my management and team, the Zaigo’s ability to respond quickly and promptly hit the bull’s eye.

I guess Zaigo Infotech did pretty well. From delivering on time to providing quality outputs, everything was amazing. However, there were few changes in the requirements during the development, and those revisions were charged extra. For me, it would have been better if the revisions had been provided without additional charges.

While they were excellent at adapting to changes and feedback, having a more detailed breakdown of choices early on would have saved a little back-and-forth. That said, their willingness to adjust quickly more than made up for it, and the final outcome was exactly what I needed.
