My app is now faster, easier to use and features certain additions and features that make it even better than it was before.

Workflow was and is very effective because Yudiz and I are in touch on almost a daily basis. We can solve issues fast and communicate quickly.

Yudiz is very experienced when it comes to app development. Their team is able to discuss ideas and features and knows what is best for the clients' needs.

Everything can always be done faster or cheaper. In the end, quality is what matters. In this case, I don't have any ideas or areas to mention for improvement.

What were your goals for this project?

Initially we wanted to have an MVP to lay down the infrastructure for our platform by the end of 6 months which Yudiz managed to deliver exactly what we wanted. I want to thank the team for going an extra mile and added extra features that made the app outstanding

It was not easy to secure a trusted company that we could entrust our idea To get a team/company you can trust is the hardest thing to do and it is an exercise we would not like to do again.

We went through different company profiles in the interent and called them including emailing. the selection process was not easy. We read the thousands of reviews. Among all the companies we interviewed ,Yudiz was outstanding with a good team that knew their job and what the clients need.

The engagement process was excellent. One of their employees Mr Bhavik sacrificed a lot of his time to engage his team and worked in odd hours just to accommodate us due to time zone difference.

Once we identified our developer and signed NDA we kicked on with our meetings and through base camp we got mock ups and started discussing wire frames and the general overview of the project.

Yudiz team worked so well with Media Bypass team with a lot of cohesiveness. The project was to be delivered in 4 simple milestones. All the milestones were exactly delivered within the defined time frame.

Yudiz team had designers , project team leader and the actual app developers . the team was excellent and the could navigate through the problem to provide solutions for the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app is a success and we have continuous download and our audience is happy. we collect news through the app and post them in our website. The small bugs that were there were managed by Yudiz team. They are still very supportive whenever we find a problem. We are grateful they have never shown us their back.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Yudiz Solution are in almost all communication platforms you can imagine. this makes it easy for them to communicate so effectively to their clients. They also use the communication tools so well. You could confuse you are in the same rooms with them though offshore.

We were able to hold meetings and presentation until we finished the project without sitting in a common room. Their modes and methods for receiving payments is great and we never lost any coin in payments. All the milestone payments were well received and receipted on payment.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

At first, we though Yudiz Solution is just another company trying to sell what they don't have but later we realized their capacity and the knowledge harbored in them, They can handle any problem regarding mobile application development as far as we're concerned.

There are few areas we have identified that need some adjustment. we have discussed with Yudiz Solution so they can capture the areas in our next update. We also want to do the next upgrade and we are happy to do it together again.

To provide native development of mobile applications for both IOS and Android. Fundamental to our aims was the self management of all data using APIs written to access bespoke CMS data.

We supplied the organization with user interface designs for all screens. These were accurately coded by the team and presented for review. We provided APIs to enable dynamic population off app data and these were handled extremely efficiently. The team were very flexible in allowing us to make certain functional changes and both native versions were completed in good time.

We were fortunate to benefit from a customer relationship manager, project manager, Android and IOS developers and a 3-D designer.

We have two commercial demonstration versions of our latest mobile applications and are in the process of commercially promoting both.

We found workflow to be professional and extremely well structured. Comments and updates were communicated in a timely and efficient manner.

The levels of communication and availability were particularly impressive. At no time did we ever feel as though we were not important customers.

Our work together started in January 2019. We still have regular work going their way.

We don’t have any specific success KPI metrics for them, but they’ve always been able to deliver what I requested. I’ve been able to monetize the landing pages and websites they’ve produced. Whenever something needs adjustments, they’re able to sort it out with a little clarification. 

How did Yudiz Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re organized really well. The team works under the project manager, so I only need to speak with one person to communicate. That makes it really easy to deal with them. We have a Skype chat that I hop on to make requests. From there, they jump on tasks accordingly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Yudiz Solutions completes projects with notable speed. I often work late at night and am able to reach them easily due to our time zone difference. They work hard to get things done.

We’ve had a few conversations about pricing because they’re a little more costly compared to similar companies.

Make sure to outline the project’s scope clearly. They’ll take on the correct roles and responsibilities as long as you communicate it to them.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Together, we developed a material library web application for material connections of students in universities. Students can browse all materials and information like fixed media, videos, and photos. The application carries all the information about the materials. Using Beacon technology, the user can access the application only inside the library; not at home or anywhere outside location. The app is for native Android and iOS.

Currently, they’re working on an application that measures the habits of drivers. They’re also helping with a client that was looking for HIPAA compliance for medical software.

There are 5–15 people on the team depending on if it’s for an application, website, or piece of software. We have different teams for different projects.

Working on a variety of projects we have experienced how Yudiz are able to handle both small and larger scale projects effectively. Yudiz have worked on end-to-end web design and development projects, providing a complete service where we were starting from scratch. And they have also worked on much more complex solutions for us.

Depending on the size of the project, we have had a variety of different teams working for us. Continuity and familiarity is important, and we always felt comfortable that we had the same level of attention and focus regardless of the circumstances.

It is important for our business and our customers that our projects can be completed to agreed timescales and within our budget. This is an area that we had struggled with previously.

Project management is organised and well communicated.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The personnel at Yudiz have all been extremely approachable and helpful in our experience. We have some non technical staff who have been impressed with the time and effort spent on explaining the more technical aspects of some projects in an understandable way. Our questions are always answered in a timely fashion, often outside of expected working hours. We have been able to work with Yudiz effectively even in a different timezone.

Very little, we have found Yudiz to be flexible and happy to take on board any suggestions we have made for improvement.

I have collaborated with Yudiz over many years, and they have supported my business with a variety of projects of different sorts and levels of complexity.

Yudiz helped us create a custom multi-user event platform, which allows the buying/selling of tickets and different event packages. The job entailed also producing an 'Admin Panel' with many features and functionalities for management of the user and website data.

What was the team composition?

The project team had about 5-6 people all together, including, Kalyan Acharya, who has always been my primary point of contact. Incredibly supportive and with a positive attitude always for problem-solving and business development. Our project manager Disha, who's consistency and communication were paramount for the success of the project, and then the rest of the team of designers and developers, some of which I had direct contact with at different stages of the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project was successfully completed and launched last month, and though the plans were to wait longer for this, the client was so happy with the work and has already commissioned Phase II of the project. This website is no doubt one of my best portfolio pieces and has already earned me more business from other customers who have been impressed by it.

The project management was handled basically by Kalyan Acharya, my main point of contact in Yudiz, and always ready to help my business succeed and jump into any project to ensure its best outcome. The other point of contact in terms of management was Disha, who is always very thorough, sharp and owns her role.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Everything. For many years I looked for the right team to collaborate with on an ongoing basis. I looked for outsourcing in many parts of the world and tried and failed on many projects. Yudiz Solutions have proved to be reliable time and time again and empowering to my business. I cannot recommend them enough.
