We’re currently very busy in our restaurant, and Xcratch’s SEO and SMM work has been instrumental in that. We’re getting more and more orders through our website because we’ve had a great increase in traffic. In addition, our website is very beautiful — it’s been an overall great experience.

Thanks to Xcratch's work, our online traffic has increased, making us get more potential clients — I need to hire more people now because of how busy we are, which feels amazing. In addition, they've said it'd take them 3–4 months to get good marketing with SEO, and after 2–3 months, we started getting good results.

Regarding features and functionality, we can edit the website using Elementor. There’s also a fair amount of custom code. Moreover, users can use the site for bookings. It works like an e-commerce website, except users can’t pay through it and only make some bookings.

As a business, we need a website that performs well. So far, we’ve had a good ranking on Google, and we’re happy with that — we’re now on the first page of search results, up from being on the third or fourth page.

If you don't know what you're doing, don't change things in the background. Do not redirect domain so that all client's company emails go to Xcratch. Our business is mainly done virtually, and for our current and prospective clients to not reach us for the period that we couldn't figure out where the emails were going, all because of a website design project, is incredibly damaging to the business.
