Wolfpack took strategic ownership (i.e., provided excellent advice) beyond just project management. They arranged a weekly governance meeting for us, to make sure we are on track and on time. And in addition we have a "sprint review" every few weeks. New needs have arisen because what we are building is a first-of-its kind web application, and each time a new need has arisen Wolfpack has communicated the available options while always keeping budget in mind.

Wolfpack Digital provided us with a full feature team that worked on requirements for Banqup, our own digital tool for payment, invoicing and billing tasks.

Wolfpack Digital has in their team Ruby developers. Our Banqup product uses Ruby as one of the main technologies. Ruby competencies, coupled with the ability to provide a full team (business analyst, developers, and QA) made our decision easy to make.

The Wolfpack feature team worked on key features of our Banqup product. They were onboarded in our way of working, got product-specific knowledge, and then were asked to deliver in the same manner as in-house teams. They worked on key features for different countries where our product is available. The technologies used were Ruby, and Angular.

We had a team of 8 people: 1 business analyst, 1 lead developer, 1 frontend developer, 3 backend developers, and 2 QA.

The features delivered were according to the agreed requirements. Their deliverables were of high quality, which resulted in no incidents in our live product.

The feature team adapted to our way of working - Agile Project Management. They had their own daily stand-up and attended specific team meetings (eg. business analysis alignment, lead developers alignment). We used Google Meet & Chat, JIRA, and Bitbucket. If there were delays vs. the estimated work, they announced to us as soon as they saw it.

The adaptability to learn our way of working and adapt to it.

Since they provided a full team, there were moments when not all their team members were fully occupied and could have helped other teams. We discussed this with them and they immediately took action.

We wanted to develop a mobile app for a project that we worked on.
