Communication is excellent. Our kickoff and ramp-up process takes place before any new phase of the project begins, so there is no wasted time. There is a great deal of efficiency in the process - it is really well-defined. From a business planning perspective, it's a great idea. The platforms we use depend on the project, but we've used Trello before.
