Data works include CAT6/CAT6A cabling, patch panels, switches, routers, and proper termination and testing.

Win-Pro Consultancy gave us advice and helped us upgrade our computer systems and software to make sure that everything is legal and protected from viruses. They also advised us to move to Office 360, which they set up for us.
Win-Pro Consultancy comes into our office to do the work, and if there are any issues while they’re not here, they’re able to take care of them remotely.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their implementation of Office 360 has enabled us to improve our efficiency, lessen paper usage, and have everything well recorded in our system. Having Win-Pro Consultancy on board has really helped us a lot. We’re dealing with an issue of manpower and this has allowed us to cut down on things for at least five years for auditing purposes.
We aren’t very computer savvy and with Win-Pro Consultancy, we haven’t had to wait a long time to get feedback from their team. Previously, it would take us a week to solve any struggles that we had.

We haven’t had many issues with Win-Pro Consultancy and the whole process has been very straightforward and quick. Their responsive team has given us very good service.
