The scope of work was to deliver a responsive Custom designed WordPress Website that was SEO optimized and had third-party integrations for automation, email marketing, chat bot etc. There was a Pre-Proposal feasibility evaluation followed by audit of digital assets and Competitor analysis. There was an open discussion to understand our design requirements and a few different design options were provided.

After finalizing the design, the content was shared and the website building began in earnest. The project was delivered within the desired timeline and included all the various elements we had requested including embeded video, forms, etc. Despite a major change on brand guidelines and frequent content changes, our requests were received gracefully and promptly integrated into the website.

We have not started aggressive promotion of the website as the service is in development stage. However, we have already received a decent number of form submissions without having done any offline SEO optimization or paid ads

We had regular planned meeting via Google Meets and had a single point of contact through out the project. We did not at any stage have to wait for clarifications from the backend team or request a meeting with them to clarify our message. This is definitely a testament to the technical knowledge of communication of the Wild Creek team.

Our SERPs for the primary keywords started to improve in 2 months time. The Click Through Rates also improved drastically. We started to appear on search results for the new cities that we had launched in. Apart from SEO recommendations, Praveen also gave us a lot of insights on how we can do Social Media campaigns and posts. Our quality of posts and engagement of the posts have also increased based on the suggestions from Praveen.
