Whymatters made sure that they understood the project and focused on completing each task. If changes needed to be made or improvements they would quickly make the amendments. Whymatters were happy to add additional requests and were always keen to make suggestions to improve the functioning of my ecommerce website. 
They were extremely efficient in implementing all the features and also suggested useful plugins that would provided specific design features that I needed. They could do exactly what I wanted for my website, and that was to provide what my previous website lacked.

Yes they delivered items quite speedily. They were quite determined to find out the objectives very early in the project so that they could meet my objectives.

We worked with WhyMatters initially on our entire website design and customisation. We then moved onto being a retainer customer whereby the team helped us with regular tasks required to better our website and SEO.

Our sales increased with a more user friendly website and google searches increased.

They responded very well to our needs. They were great to work with! Items were generally delivered on time but if there were any delays, this would be communicated to us. Most delays were caused by us.

Their retainer packages were a value for money, and they were flexible.

I would have liked to speak with the developer directly as a few tasks were complicated and speaking directly on a virtual call to the developer would have sped up communication and work completion.

There was a few bugs that needed to be ironed out but probably the biggest thing was to run a test prior to hand over.
