The project was to combine user research, market analysis, and creative design to guide the redesign of the website and platform. The objective was to ground the new design in real user needs, competitive insights, and sector trends, and to deliver a modern, high-quality design in Figma.
Activities & Deliverables
User Insights: Analyze Hotjar recordings/heatmaps and conduct a user questionnaire, with consolidated findings on pain points and expectations. Strategic Review: Provide a global synthesis of results, complemented by competitor benchmarking and an analysis of sector trends. Creative Direction: Produce two moodboards proposing distinct visual directions, including colors, typography, and imagery. Website Design: Develop a high-fidelity Figma prototype of the redesigned website, covering the main pages and user flows, aligned with UX best practices and brand identity.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
After the project was done we noticed two main success:
Increase of visitors on our website while reducing the bounce rate.
Regarding our medical software imaging, we got many positive feedbacks regarding the new design, both in terms of UI and on the ease of use.

The team was highly responsive, and it was easy to collaborate with them throughout the project, that being on whatsapp, emails or calls.
The delivery time was almost perfect, our product was a bit more complex than anticipated so we had a few extra days than initially planned.

I already knew a business partner of the agency, and after reviewing their portfolio of previous work, i ran into collaborate with this smiling team.

Makezu was founded one year ago and as the project start to grow we needed a new and beautiful website in order to attract and keep new customer. Whatz'hat provides us skills in web development and in graphical design. The result is a magnificent blueprint of a modern website and a base of icons and unique logos. Every one matched our expectations.
What was the team composition?
I worked first closely with Lucas in order to set up the core of the project. He brings a very professional and sharped point of view helping us not being lost in the wide range of design production. After that we left the keys of the production to their engeneering team and the result was beyond expected in terms of quality and time.

We came up with very naive thought and no experience in growth hacking using smart and responsive web site. With the help of what'zhat team and their experience, we found a dynamic partner helping us ellaborate a website that is a key value in our business.

Nice and chill team they really made you wanted to work deeper on project you're often treat last with nnt much ambition. Their experience provides shortcut in project management that allows us to spend more time on major problems.

I only wish for them to continue working as good as they did with us. And to conquer more market and contract in order to become a major company in web design, as their work really worth the shot.

Our company faced an urgent need to produce a comprehensive organization chart for the fast growing team in Vietnam.
The purpose of this production was to present a clear picture of the role of each team member, both internally (for Vietnam and other offices of the Group across the continent) and externally (for clients, business partners, call for tender, etc...)
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to launch an immediate communication internally about the development of our Vietnam team and operations, as well as include this material within the package shared externally for business development.
SOLUTION
How did you select What'zhat Agency?
I am very lucky to count What'zhat founders as reliable friends within my local network at the time of the project. Hence I knew in advance they were people that could be fully trusted, especially in the context of a new professional project for them.
Although you can never really have a full guarantee on your future satisfaction when it comes to a creative project, I was fully confident that working with What'zhat team would be a successful experience in every scenario.

Once we agreed to start the project, we could feel Sophie was almost entirely available and dedicated to deliver quickly and above expectations.
We had a first face to face meeting to discuss about our idea in the most general way before the project was signed. We only had one other face to face meeting subsequently, where Sophie was able to take the lead and guide us through each and every coming steps in a real expert fashion.
From there they've been able to work on production at an impressive pace, allowing very efficient back and forth feedback with us at each milestone of the project, and delivering superb result a week before deadline.

I understand she was assisted with one of her lead designer with whom she was able to work in perfect symbiosis. There was no need for us to interact with anyone other than Sophie, which made everything ultra comfortable on our side.

This was not exactly the kind of project allowing to measure quantitative results. However we still concretely are able to notice how valuable the product delivered has been to us after we've received dozens of sincerely impressive feedback from partners who received the content.

The final result was better that anything I could have tried to imagine before the project started.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I think we could consider this project might have been too small and too easy for us to be able to spare any area of improvement. I believe there should be more room to identify some weaknesses when they tackle much bigger projects, which I'm sure they can handle very well anyway.
