We have only been live for 1 month and have not yet started marketing the site, but:

• Error rate for website went from multiple catches a week by our team to nearly 0; when we do have errors/issues, we're able to fix them in minutes
• Traffic has increased by 30%, and we're still regaining our google rankings
• Leads have increased and are higher quality
• We've fulfilled 30 orders in the first month

Keep an open line of communication on launch/completion date. We ended up launching a little bit later than expected. The We Can Fly team went above and beyond to get us ready for launch, but we may have avoided this situation if we had been more open about it earlier on.

They UX'd, designed, and built both US and Europe eCommerce stores on Shopify to enable us to sell our product. We used a 3PL for fulfillment and the We Can Fly team helped integrate that seamlessly. For the Europe version of the store, we had to copy to US version of the store as well as add translation functionality. They also integrated marketing systems like Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Iubenda into the eCom site.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Website was launched on the requested live date, and functioned as expected. The team provided great hyper care support post launch to deal with any little things that came up (which is always to be expected in a launch like this).

Absolutely loved working with their PM team. We have a 6 hour difference so in person meetings were rare, which was absolutely OK because they worked so incredibly well through Basecamp. I could leave messages and by the time I woke up the next day they were addressed in one way or another. Very easy to work with, communicative, helpful, and also offered suggestions or solutions when I had questions on items that weren't their responsibility.

Just how easy they were to work with. It truly was a pleasure, they're one of my favorite vendors I've ever used. While that stood out the most, I should absolutely include that their design skills are phenomenal (we loved every design they did), and their Shopify technical expertise was world-class.

Honestly, nothing comes to mind when I read this question. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat.

The project involved the migration of 8 existing ecommerce stores from a legacy platform to Shopify Plus. The project was executed in Scrum/ Agile methodology with MVP approach. In addition, the agency was responsible for developing custom applications to achieve the desired architecture and seamless integration with our Point of Sale (POS) system. 

Key Deliverables: 

• Migrated and fully functional Shopify Plus stores for 8 ecommerce L'Occitane markets.

We work in Scrum so we have Sprints and monitor the progress on the Sprints plus of course the migration itself was the main measure - we had only 1 delay in Go Live trough out the whole project.

After contacting several companies with Shopify competences, we organized a consultation session, we were happy with the knowledge presented by WeCanFly during this session. Additionally, WeCanFly was able to provide us with a professional in a really short time both with being flexible with contractual agreement.

The project goal was to integrate Shopify Platform with our product Loyalty Marketing Cloud. We delivered the project incrementally - process by process. This included: customer enrolment to loyalty from Shopify page, displaying loyalty information in Shopify, integration of sale process, coupons redemption.

This included writing a middleware both with generic frontend components that were aligned with Shopify 2.0. Technologies used: node.js and react.js

For reasons beyond our control, we had to migrate our entire online shop from the Shoplo platform to the Shopify platform at very short notice.

We were also planning to expand into foreign markets, for which we needed an English language shop, which was also handled by the WeCanFly agency.

We found WeCanFly in the footer of another shop that we liked. We decided to work with them because of their very quick response to our enquiry and their readiness to act immediately when we were faced with a forced migration.

Our history with WeCanFly contains 2 separate projects: our online store migration from Shoplo to Shopify and implementing the English version of it as a separate installation after a couple of months.

WeCanFly transferred a big database with order history, clients and products. They customized the store theme to maintain the original features. They did an integration with shipping providers and payment gateways.

They made integration with accounting software via Baselinker and configured other applications. After a successful new store launching WeCanFly prepared for us a completely new installation with additional features and applications e.g. (product and collection synchronization app, vouchers, Wishlist and many others).

Migrating an online store from one platform to another is very stressful for every business owner. WeCanFly did it caring for safety so we were able to keep the business continuity.

The main goal of implementing an English version of the store was to simplify our products' international purchases and we definitely achieved it.

Our products are now available for customers from many different countries in Europe and all over the world e.g. Germany, Sweden, Italy, the UK, South Korea, Japan, Australia and many others.

We contacted remotely and could always count on their help and support, often going beyond the main scope of the agreed work. The work was always done professionally and on time.
