Our main goals were to improve our Google search ranking for hotel-related keywords in our city, reduce dependency on OTAs, and increase direct website bookings. We also wanted to optimize our website’s structure, speed, and content for better SEO performance and increase organic website traffic from both domestic and international travelers. Additionally, we wanted to improve our Google Business Profile visibility and reviews strategy and implement tracking and analytics so we could measure conversions and user behavior.Overall, our objective was to strengthen our digital footprint and generate consistent, high-quality traffic that converts into real guests — not just online visitors.

Weboptez Technologies was responsible for a complete SEO and digital visibility improvement program for Hotel ZaZa. The scope of work included both on-page and off-page SEO activities, technical optimization, content strategy, and performance tracking.The main deliverables included a website SEO audit and strategy plan, keyword research and mapping, on-page optimization, technical SEO improvements, local SEO, content creation, off-page SEO and link building, and analytics, reporting, and tracking.For the website SEO audit and strategy plan, Weboptez Technologies conducted a full assessment of our existing website, competition, keywords, and opportunities. After working with them, we saw clear, measurable improvements across multiple KPIs. Within the first six months, our organic website traffic increased by 65%, and our direct bookings grew by approximately 40%. Additionally, 22 targeted keywords moved to page 1, with several reaching the top three positions.Moreover, our Google Business Profile interactions (calls, map views, and website clicks) increased by 50%. While the monthly reporting was clear and detailed, shorter biweekly check-ins early on could have helped us make even faster decisions regarding seasonal promotions and content priorities.That said, once we shared this feedback, the team was quick to adjust and became even more proactive with communication and recommendations. Their willingness to listen, adapt, and continuously improve was appreciated and demonstrated a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
