We found WebOccult Technologies through Fiverr.

This has been an on-going project of WebOccult Technologies developing our website, page by page, often with very complicated programming.

Sam and Ramesh were our main points of contact and they are excellent!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They have helped us redo our entire website in a fraction of the time and cost and with a sense of joy! I can't recommend WebOccult Technologies enough!

WE communicated over Fiverr and Whatapp and it was always fast and easy! They are such warm and kind communicators and are 100% committed to getting this done perfectly and on time.

We have LOVED how great their work is, their pricing, their commitment to excellence and their friendliness and warmth. We feel that WebOccult Technologies are our friends and we hope to work with them for a long time.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am head of marketing for a network that unites independent freight forwarders around the globe. Our aim is to create a platform where members can share their contact details and make meaningful connections globally to assist with moving cargo worldwide and leverage on existing infrastructure and policies.

For what projects/services did your company hire WebOccult Technologies, and what were your goals?

We opted to build and integrate all of our communications within Hubspot and required certain development aspects that we could not perform inhouse as well as complex form development and the directory view of these member inputs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and through well-known platforms we connected with WebOccult technologies. We provided a brief, communicated via video call and received a quotation and lead time from there.

We had a few interactions to discuss and scope the brief and make amendments based on their professional opinions as well as the requirements of the business. The team was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. All functions were developed within Hubspot using custom properties that the team had developed and coded into a working format.

The main deliverables were to develop a registration portal were paying and non-paying members can apply information to relay into a membership direction with different views depending on the member status. We have subsequently formed an ongoing work relationship with this team while we build and enhance our systems.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was our main point of contact, with assistance from the development team on the more technical aspects. We found that communicating with the individuals or as a team was equally beneficial to us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Clients find the workflow and process easy to use, quick and effective in providing the information that is needed. We have not experienced bugs and development glitches which is amazing for a newly launched product where we would have expected some teething issues.

We used slack as the main form of contact which was highly effective for us both as individuals and in team channels. We would then have Zoom meetings for handovers and record the calls for training purposes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The brief was followed and understood clearly. There is often a fear that there would be hidden costs when using third-party suppliers, but it was not the case with WebOccult. What was quoted was provided every time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As with any parties working in different time zones, there may be delays at times, but this is not an area of improvement, more a way for both parties to plan accordingly.
