The project involved developing we solutions that streamline the appointment scheduling process while incorporating user rewards through points. We also contracted them to perform stress testing and manual testing.

I'm pleased to say that WebMob delivered exactly what they promised, when they promised it. Meeting deadlines in the tech world isn't always a given, but they consistently hit every milestone we set together. It felt reassuring to work with a team that understood the importance of staying on schedule, especially when we had our own launch timelines to consider.

What gave me additional confidence in the final product was their thorough approach to quality assurance. They conducted comprehensive code reviews to ensure everything was built to professional standards, performed manual testing to catch any user experience issues, and ran stress testing to make sure the platform could handle real-world usage demands. This level of attention to quality meant we could launch with confidence, knowing the application had been thoroughly vetted.

If I had to mention one thing, it would be nice to have the option to pay in my local currency rather than dealing with currency conversion. But that's really a minor convenience issue and doesn't reflect on the quality of their work at all.

We engaged WebMob Technologies to develop a custom peer-to-peer lending platform for our company, covering both the mobile app and web-based admin portal. The system needed to support borrower and lender onboarding, loan workflow automation, and repayment management; all while aligning with the unique operational and compliance needs of our business.

The project scope includes:

The engagement is still ongoing, but so far, we’re very pleased with the communication right from the sales person Karan, to the onboarding officer Divya to the excellent project coordinator Anshuman and web manager Viral, the operations manager Mr. Bharat; an excellent patient, communicative, dedicated, caring, not money-minded yet very knowledgable team truly! We're very happy with the delivery quality, and technical understanding from the WebMob team. It's the kind of team that shall deliver to your expectations and then some for areas you may have not thought of! It's actually pretty wild; not sure how they do it or how they were trained but whoever did so, did a great job! Surely  excellent representatives of the Indian nation and its knowledge base. One of the most notable outcomes was WebMob’s ability to accelerate the Phase 1 timeline by 1.5 months (originally scheduled to conclude in mid-May) at our request, enabling us to achieve an early soft roll-out of the Finablr app. This early launch helped us begin onboarding users and generating revenue ahead of schedule — a key strategic milestone for funding future development.

Their flexibility, responsiveness, and ability to deliver quality under an adjusted timeline is a clear reflection of their reliability and project ownership.

Their project management has been excellent throughout. They’ve shown strong organization, responsiveness, and a rare ability to adapt when priorities shifted- including when we needed to fast-track Phase 1 for an early launch. A special note of thanks goes to Anshuman, their brilliant and highly talented business analyst and project manager, who has guided us from the moment we were handed over to him to this very day. Generally none however my advice really to any client dealing with any such service provider and therefore which WebMob tech could enhance further is for alot more attention to be paid to the scope of work document and the figma files...place as much detail and attention to these to minimise the unforeseen changes that may come up along the way which may cause additional work hours and therefore compromise delivery timelines.

When work was delayed due to additional complexity, they were able to make up time to get back on track. The quality of their work and professional service have made them great value for money and are ultimately the initial reason for choosing them for the project vs. other vendors. From the initial discussions it was clear that they took time to deeply understand the request for the project and formulate a consdered proposal. Throughout the project the quality of the work delivered has been excellent and they have kept to all specified timelines ensuring the overall project has been successful. 
Additionally as a small start up, they have worked well with our limitations, any changing or unknown requirements and always attempted to help us out as much as possible with our budget constraints.

No. The vast majority of the work from initial to proposal to delivery has been excellent. In a minority of cases some additional up front communication about complexity and feasibility of features would have been welcomed, but this was handled well by the team and it is understandable that during development there will be unknown complexity that becomes apparently only during the development of the features.

In 2018, I contracted Webmob to develop two mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Unfortunately, this decision has led to significant disappointment. The company has only delivered half of the project, leaving numerous obvious issues unresolved. Additionally, the completed work is plagued by bugs and undisclosed fees. 
The CEO, facing financial difficulties, has resorted to demanding additional payments for fixes, coercing customers to provide false positive reviews for subpar service, and manipulating project budget information. Engaging with this company risks having your project compromised and your trust violated.

I never got my source code! I never got half of the project! He still uses my artist photos and logos on his website without my permission.

My experience with this company has been highly unsatisfactory. Their professionalism seems to diminish significantly once the deposit is received, indicating a primary focus on monetary gain. Unfortunate interactions following the payment include encountering abusive behavior, threats, and blackmail. 
Despite investing £47,000, the results have been far from satisfactory, with only a partial project delivery, absence of source code, and unauthorized use of intellectual property such as logos and artistic works on their website. I possess evidence in the form of phone recordings, emails, WhatsApp, and Skype messages to support these claims. 
Sharing this information serves as a cautionary measure to protect others from similar experiences. Moving forward, I intend to take legal action to address the copyright infringement issues.

We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised in this review and clarify the situation from our perspective. Firstly, we would like to emphasize that the allegations made against our company are entirely false and do not accurately reflect the nature of our business practices.

We want to provide some context regarding the project in question. We engaged with this client in 2018 and diligently worked on their fixed-price project scope for nearly a year. The client requested several changes throughout the development process, which we accommodated without requesting additional payment, despite the added complexity and workload.

Despite these challenges, we successfully launched the client's app, ElaTv, in 2018 and continued to provide support for six months thereafter. Subsequently, the client assigned us the Ela audio project, which we were in the process of delivering. However, they shut down the project prematurely due to unforeseen circumstances related to the client's business operations.

Regrettably, despite our diligent work and commitment to delivering high-quality results, the client failed to fulfill their financial obligations to us, leaving an outstanding amount of over £20,000 unpaid. We have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter amicably, but unfortunately, we have yet to receive the due payment from the client.

We understand the importance of trust and transparency in our industry and remain committed to resolving any outstanding issues with our clients promptly and fairly. Initially, we provided WebMob Technologies with a company brochure we’d already created so they could follow its design and match it with the website’s branding. We also asked them to adapt the brochure content to the site for the information to be consistent when a student or parent is interested in our drum lessons. 

We asked WebMob Technologies to develop an informational site — we didn’t want a payment gateway. WebMob Technologies integrated a video we had already created to showcase the drum classes. The website consisted of four pages with different purposes, including an introduction page with teacher’s information, one for scheduling classes, one with drummers tips, and a contact page. 

Once WebMob Technologies finished the development phase, they assisted us in getting the site’s domain and offered web hosting and maintenance services.

I worked with 4–5 teammates from WebMob Technologies, including Pramesh (CEO & Founder), Darshini (Senior Project Manager), and a couple of developers.

I initially found WebMob Technologies online for a different project at another company I own. On that occasion, I chose them because they had the most competitive prices of all the companies I interviewed. We already had an eight years relationship when I contacted WebMob Technologies for this project.

When we were looking for companies for this project, we had three different candidates. We chose WebMob Technologies because they came first in our background research about quality websites for small businesses.

Moreover, I contacted WebMob Technologies after working with another company that didn’t meet our expectations.

WebMob Technologies developed the site from May–July 2021. After they launched the site, they offered us a 12-month contract for free maintenance services.

I can’t think of anything for WebMob Technologies to improve.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of Peterson Automotive Repair. We are a mobile auto repair service that delivers car repairs to customers homes/office.

For what projects/services did your company hire WebMob Technologies, and what were your goals?

A lot of the automotive software is very limited in terms of logistics. We were seeking development of a web app to replace our current systems as well as future development of it to keep up with the mobility industry.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for many vendors and had lots of input from developer friends. WebMobTech was very professional and communicative in there work and did a great job maintaining that throughout the entire development process.

We had several meetings to discuss our short/longterm goals and what we wanted to project to be when it was completed. WebMobTech developed a 4 step plan to reach our long term goes. The first step was essentially developing all of the technology for system we were currently using.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had a dedicated project manager, design team, as well as sales staff that ensured we met our goals/deadlines along the way. There were several members involved in the project start to finish.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After completion of the project, we were successfully able to replace all of our systems with the newly built system saving us $500/mo in software spend and the ability to use something dedicated to our business model.

We had weekly meetings discussing the status of the project. The team asked many many questions and made the timeline of the project extremely transparent and clear. Communication was done through zoom and email, it was all very straight forward. The team would send PDFs with very descriptive diagrams outlining the entire development process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The professionalism and communication skills of this company were superb, and that goes along with the very reasonable prices.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I definitely would of appreciated a higher quality initial design draft as this seem rush, however, as they continued development it only got better and I was very satisfied with the end result.
