I've done three projects with Webmob. These projects visualize, optimize, and integrate an operating system for running a service company. The tools created through this project map the customer journey, the daily production processes, and the employee lifecycle. The application handles hundreds of thousands of customer interactions, one thousand employees, and over 500 customer visits per day. This has increased revenue by 6% and cut costs through efficiency gains.

The software reduces the customer cancellation rate in a service business.Prior to using the software, the cancellation rate was around 30% in some locations. After implementing the software, the cancellation rate fell to 22% to 24%. This increases revenue by 6% to 8%.
