I measure satisfaction by client satisfaction, and the results have always been very positive. Both their developers and designers are top-tier talent.

How did Weavers Web Solutions Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

We mostly handle the project management in-house, and Weavers is able to meet all of our deadlines. If they’re not able to meet a deadline, they will communicate that to us as to why it’s happening. Specifically, we collaborate over Asana, Jira, and sometimes Basecamp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The size of their team, as well as their speed and cost efficiency, stand out. Their expertise and communication are amazing as well. Response times also stay steady at a rate of within the same day.

Are there any areas they could improve?

This is feedback more about myself, as I’m managing the project, but they could always increase their QA division. They have certainly made some hires in the past year to help us not have to do as much ourselves. Overall, it’s just good things, though.

Make sure that your designs and your communication are thought out before engaging a development team. Additionally, make sure that things are organized on Figma or Invision.

We developed the first iteration of our product using a hybrid SDLC/Agile methodology with 2 week sprints. While we had requirements ready for the team, we created a backlog to define what each sprint would yield. We had a design team at Weaver's Web that rendered all front end design while we worked with the dev team on the backend design including the database.

The product sprints would be tested by the QA team at Weaver's Web and then we would take it from there. We used Laravel for front end and MySQL for db on Linux platform.

We had 1 project manager, 1 web designer, 1 HTML coder, 3 Laravel coders, and 1 system administrator for deployment and network configuration.

We explained our needs through Upwork. We had a deep study of many offers based on what we thought was a fair price and we selected Weavers Web as they were the most promising among 39 applicants

Before hiring Weavers Web we had the start of a new site developed with WORD PRESS but we could no longer afford the job done in the US, therefore we looked into outsourcing to India.

The back-en of the site was in conjunction with our operation data base. We worked slowly during the Covid years as we had plenty of time and no revenue as international travel was on stand still during the pandemic.

From the start Web Weaver understood our needs and situation and delivered exactly what we wanted. We were the one to slowdown the project waiting for business to return. As the web job is now done we are happy to work with them for the maintenance and more databased development for additional reports.

We love what they did and we will keep on working with them. After 2 years we do feel that Shanu is part of Celestial Voyagers team. They went slow when we needed it. They were fast when we had an emergency.

They are there to explain how we can learn and manage on our own. They measure the timing in a very fair manner and contrary to many companies having the job well done is a priority over running the cash register !

They take the time to be available in the middle of the night to do business on zoom with the US while in Calcutta. They listen and hear what we need.

They deliver in due time what we want. We share a similar philosophy where it is better to keep an existing client happy than chasing constantly new clients. Word of mouth is better than any marketing strategy.

They are very patient and never pushy. They are honest with the time they charge and keep human contact with their client. We never feel to be part of a robotized system. They have always answered promptly our requests for zoom meetings and they have delivered over our expectations

No.... I just wish I could find a marketing company working in the same manner, with a confidence based on results versus promises
