Additionally, they prepared a complete UI/UX design for our application, including user flows, wireframes, and a modular design system. All design assets were delivered in Figma and handed over to our internal development team for implementation.

Redesign of the administration UI of Survalyzer to update and modernize the look & feel. For this we used 2 screens/pages of our application as basis to create the new design for the individual components. Small adjustments for known UX flaws should be tackled and solved and the material design components should be taken into consideration.

Result should be a figma style guide containing all components, that can be reused for high fidelity prototypes in the future and screens containing all different component mutations in their natural usage.

They delivered iteratively more and more screens that displayed mutations of components and ideas. Pitched multiple ideas to one problem. Each stage could be revisited to check results and compare the progress. All screens went through an approval with us. End result were the approved screens and figma components. Success was defined by our satisfaction as clients.

The project was very well managed. The communication was always very fast. It was always delivered as promised and sometimes even faster, and that without compromising quality. They understood our comments and wishes very well and adjusted their work accordingly. They were always open to suggestions.

Additionally, they applied a visually appealing color palette and created a layout that allowed users to find what they needed quickly. The team also provided wireframing and prototyping to ensure the design was visually appealing and allowed for user customization. Furthermore, they created a responsive design that worked well on mobile devices and compared the product to similar competitors. Lastly, they conducted an analysis of the target audience to ensure the design catered to their needs.
