It will be an advantage if they can provide 7 days 24 hours support.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re satisfied with the website — I like the colors and the animated diagram. There were some issues with the information migration because we use English and traditional Chinese, and we had to merge both languages. When we conducted the synchronizing, there were some problems, and they helped us immediately. 

How did Visible One perform from a project management standpoint?

The Visible One team is responsive. They have an instant messaging platform, which we use to communicate. We would use the chat rooms to message them whenever we a task for them. They give a timeline, and any delays have been on our side. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their responsiveness is good. When I have a problem, they address it quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could’ve made sure they include all the things we request in the quotation, but it’s a minor thing.

I recommend them; they’re responsive and have a good service.

I’m a founding partner of vBrands. Our head office is in Hong Kong, and we have a sourcing office in Sri Lanka. We bring food and beverage products from Sri Lanka to Hong Kong, and we’re trying to reach out to mainland China, Macau, and other Far-East countries.

What challenge were you trying to address with Visible One?

We have a physical retail store in Hong Kong but we were looking for a company to set up our e-commerce site. 

We already had a lot of categories but our main goal was to introduce Sri Lankan food to Hong Kong because there were no proper stores for it in Hong Kong.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Visible One designed and developed a multi-language e-commerce site on WooCommerce. They were very helpful from the beginning, giving ideas and suggestions on how to build the home page to attract more customers. 

I provided them with product descriptions, prices, and other details, and Visible One did everything else. We got the images and other content from the brands themselves so it was a straightforward process.

They also gave me insights around product descriptions and how to use them, and they incorporated that information into the e-commerce site, also making it educational for customers.

Now, I go to Visible One whenever I have an addition to make to the stores. The team is also currently helping me with social media advertisements in English and Chinese.

I started working with them in July 2019. The online and physical stores were launched in September 2019 but I’m still working with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I was very impressed with the first sample they did. I haven’t had any complaints so far from customers, so I assume that the site is user-friendly and allows them to find everything they want. 

Having the online store ready when I launched the physical store was a big achievement because it allowed me to promote the online store to the customers. Additionally, a lot of people are getting to know us through social media advertisements. 

I’m not measuring their service based on revenue at the moment because we’re a new company that’s still growing. I measure Visible One’s service by how friendly they are and how quickly and professionally they do my work. Working with them has been a good experience and I'm very satisfied with them. 

How did Visible One perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication is very good. They’re always in touch with me via WhatsApp where we have a group chat, replying quickly whenever I send them a message and handling all my requirements. Visible One always finds solutions for me, starting and finishing their work on time. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out about Visible One is professionalism and the way they treat their customers. It’s very difficult to find a company that looks after its customers.

No, nothing I can think of. I’ve been satisfied with everything they’ve done so far.

They need to be open and tell the Visible One team exactly what they’re looking for because it will make it easier to achieve the project goals. I explained my whole project and its purpose and they were able to cater to that.
