Our first two videos reached over 1,500 people, whereas our previous videos had only reached about 800 at the maximum. We have not yet noticed changes in engagement such as likes, comments, or shares, and we have not tracked other metrics like follower growth or website visits.

We’ve begun getting increased brand awareness on TikTok since the initial posting eight days ago. We measure this through Viral Coach’s internal analytics, including engagements, views, comments, and duration.

The initial timeline was slower than expected. However, after a brief but productive conversation, expectations were aligned, and progress began to move quickly. We communicate with Viral Coach via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

We haven’t found anything impressive or unique about working with Viral Coach.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Our project is still underway, so we’re sharing this as constructive feedback. Viral Coach could define the initial expectations and deliverables more clearly during the sales process. We’re direct and intentional, comfortable raising concerns, and have five years of experience in the media industry, so we’ve been able to navigate the process and stay focused on our objectives. That said, someone with limited experience or unclear goals would likely benefit from a more thorough sales walkthrough before signing. Additionally, the sales process felt rushed. We had to request the proper liability waivers and documentation before we could sign. After committing, we weren’t able to make the full payment through the expected method and were redirected to pay by wire, but we didn’t receive all the required wire details. As a result, we couldn’t complete the full payment as intended, and the promised paid-in-full discount wasn’t applied. Setup realistic benchmarks along the way so I know what the goal is.  A lot of of the advertising talks about people blowing up on their first post and I have already had many posts without "blowing up"
