Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
This isn't just some random website, it's more like a super cool gallery where architects can see their ideas come to life with perfect details. It’s built using Next.js and React, so it loads super fast, and it looks amazing with those super-clear 4K images and smooth animations (thanks to GSAP). Scrolling through feels like walking through an art exhibit, with pictures that load only when you need them and little VR tours to explore. The behind-the-scenes stuff? Well, Sanity.io handles all the content, which means the team can update portfolios really quickly. The contact forms work great, they're clean, they check for errors, and they go straight to HubSpot, so no spam, just real leads. That said, there are a couple of things we’re not happy with. On phones, it could be faster, especially with those big 8K images that don’t adjust themselves yet. And SEO experts keep saying we should add something called schema markup. For future updates? We’re thinking about adding AI chatbots to talk about services and QR codes that trigger AR so you can explore buildings right from your couch instead of clicking around.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
1. Speed and Performance: Rock the desktop load time? Super fast, clocking in at 1.8 seconds—way quicker than 90% of other sites out there. On mobile? It’s 2.9 seconds, which isn’t bad, but we’re still aiming for under 2 seconds. When it comes to people leaving the site right away? That bounce rate dropped by 35% after we launched. Visitors are actually sticking around to check out those cool 3D images. And guess what? People spend 3.2 times longer on pages with interactive 3D models. The WebXR stuff really works!
2. SEO and Visibility Boost Search rankings? We hit page one for "architectural visualization services" in just six months. Organic traffic? It went up by 40% year over year, thanks to blog posts like "How 3D Renders Sell Properties."
3. What Clients Said - Portfolio Power: Seven big clients signed up after seeing our VR tours on the website. They told us the VR experience was what convinced them to work with us. -
Support Queries DownAfter adding an AI chatbot, we got 60% fewer emails asking basic questions.
Core Web Vitals: - LCP (Largest Contentful Paint): Aiming for under 2.5 seconds. - CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift): Maintaining below 0.1 for a smooth experience.
Search Engine Optimization & Visibility: - Strive for top 3 positions for keywords such as "3D architectural visualization services." - Maintain a low bounce rate of less than 40%, showcasing our content's appeal.
Business Metrics Conversion Rate: - Target of at least 5% of visitors either submitting inquiries or downloading brochures.
User Engagement: - Aim for an average session duration exceeding 2 minutes, signaling a genuine interest in our portfolio. - High engagement with interactive features (like VR demos) shown through elevated click-through rates.
Technical Reliability: - Ensure 99.9% uptime, tracked with monitoring tools such as UptimeRobot. - Maintain a clean slate with zero critical bugs reported after launch.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
These guys didn’t just throw up a website; they ran a smooth, no-frills operation that actually got stuff done on time—most of the time. Here’s what they did to make it happen
1. Their Magic Recipe Agile, But Not Boring: Two-week sprints with no unnecessary crap. Daily standups were quick—like five minutes flat ("What did you do? What’s next? Any problems? Nah? Sweet."). Useful Tools: Jira handled tasks without all the complicated steps, Figma had version control for designs, and GitHub, plus Vercel made deploying easy. No old-school Trello boards around here.
2. Meeting Deadlines 99% On-Time Delivery: Main features showed up right on schedule. Extra Time for Testing = Smart Move: They added buffer days for quality checks, which came in handy when mobile Safari went haywire.
3. Let Clients Be in Charge (Without Being Overbearing) Weekly Demos: Not boring PDFs—interactive prototypes you can actually click around. You’ll know exactly what to expect when it launches. Handling Change Requests Like Experts: "Think the contact form needs tweaking? Here's how it affects the timeline. The call is yours." No extra work sneaking in.
