The project involved a complete redesign of our e-commerce website, eOrion.ro, with a strong focus on branding, user experience, and long-term business objectives. The scope of work included brand analysis, the development of brand guidelines, website structure planning, UI/UX design, visual identity refinement, and the implementation of a modern and responsive e-commerce platform. Key deliverables included a new website design, improved navigation and product discovery, a more consistent brand presentation, optimized user journeys, and a significantly more professional online presence that better reflects our company's positioning in the market. Throughout the project, Vali provided strategic input, design recommendations, and continuous support to ensure that the final result aligned with both our operational needs and customer expectations.

The project successfully achieved all of its primary objectives. The new website presents a much stronger and more professional brand image, offers a significantly improved user experience, and makes navigation across our large product catalog considerably easier. The redesign also provided a clearer website structure, a more consistent visual identity, and a platform that better supports our long-term growth plans. Internal feedback from our team has been very positive, and the new website is much better aligned with our market positioning and customer expectations. The project milestones were delivered as planned, and we continue to work with Vali on further improvements and development.

I'm the CEO and co-founder of Safeflows, an outbound engineering agency that builds and manages Clay-based go-to-market (GTM) systems for B2B companies. We enable safe, scalable, and measurable multi-channel outreach driven by real buying signals to generate qualified sales meetings.

We needed an excellent professional who could provide excellent services at a standard price.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vali Tronaru developed a new website in Webflow with an innovative and dynamic design. The team delivered six pages, including the home, discover, approach, verticals, coit, and activate pages.

Vali Tronaru accurately reproduced the provided Figma design for desktop and mobile, maintaining layout, spacing, styles, and animations. The team used proper semantic HTML structure and logical and consistent naming conventions for classes and elements.

Vali Tronaru set up Webflow CMS for any dynamic content, such as blog posts, case studies, and team members. The team ensured full mobile responsiveness and basic on-page optimization, including page titles, meta descriptions, and headings. The team also set up the favicon, OG meta image, 404 page, and scroll-to-top functionality.

Vali Tronaru integrated a contact form with email notification and implemented animations and interactions, including scroll, hover, and on-load animations, as shown in the prototype. The team also created a sticky and responsive navigation menu and a fully functional footer with all links working. The team set up redirects as necessary.

Vali Tronaru transferred the completed Webflow site to our Webflow account and set up Webflow hosting. The team conducted cross-browser testing on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. The team also provided post-delivery support for five business days for bug fixing.

We provided Vali Tronaru with an organized Figma file for desktop and mobile views, optimized assets, including SVG, WebP, PNG, and JSON animations, final text content, navigation structure and links, and contact form details.
