The project involved building a new UX for the redesign of the company's mobile app, which integrates all of our user services. As part of the process, UZER implemented a Design Thinking methodology, starting with workshops, followed by research interviews with users and employees. It then presented UX concepts that were translated into wireframes for the app's various journeys. Once this was approved, it delivered a graphic design of the user interface and a prototype for user testing. The final deliverable was a Figma design file containing the entire process and explanations for our development team.

It improved our clients' user experience, as the app included all of their most frequently used services and made them easier to locate, saving them time.

The project was about carrying out research and analysis with users for both characterization and usability testing, with the aim of improving the effectiveness of the Bogotá Digital Library Website in search of making it easier for citizens to access the contents that the district has for this purpose.
The project was developed in two phases, the first of characterization with the aim of better understanding the characteristics of the users who consult the Digital Library and their variables from the vision of the User Persona, this was carried out through a research process directly developed in libraries and on a database of active users through surveys and interviews.
The second, through a usability study that allowed us to discover the difficulties that users encountered when using the platform and thus identify the accessibility and UX aspects that can be strengthened.
The study required the construction of a very complete report that could be shared with the governmental entity in charge, presenting:
Characterization of User Personas
Problems of User Personas accessing the application
Findings from the research process both with users and in the application.
UX shortcomings and opportunities
Problems and recommendations to improve accessibility
General recommendations to facilitate use by users

The document resulting from the analysis and investigation was received with a high degree of satisfaction by the government entity that commissioned the process.
Based on the results of this research, continuous improvement processes have been launched that highly impact citizens.
The good result of this project generated the necessary information for decision-making that allows new transversal projects that innovatively support the improvement of the Bogota Digital Library and its services.
