I'm the CEO of an agency that does web development for organizations.

What challenge were you trying to address with UVIK Software?
We wanted to create an ERP system to keep track of our finances and invoicing, as well as to automate some of our business processes.

We decided to go with Python Django when deciding how to build the backend of our platform. We hired UVIK Software to provide Python Django developers. It turns out that they also have frontend engineers, so we hired them to work in Angular 2 for the frontend. They’ll continue to provide support going forward because the ERP system needs constant development. There are additional features that we want to add in the future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We're happy with their work. We've already cut some accounting expenses by using the ERP platform. The system has modules for finances, invoicing, and resource tracking. Automating those processes results in cutting costs. UVIK Software also created a cool dashboard so we can see the overall financial status of the organization. It's very important for me as a CEO to track all that information. Being able to see it online via the dashboard is so convenient.
How did UVIK Software perform from a project management standpoint?
UVIK Software is good at hitting deadlines, so the delivery is excellent. We're managing the project ourselves, but we’re in frequent communication with their developers. It’s important that the communication is smooth, and it’s really been perfect so far.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We didn’t want to hire good developers but rather exceptional ones. UVIK Software are rock stars. That's what differentiates them from other teams. We work in software development and see many good developers but few exceptional ones.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, it’s been great. We have a good feeling when we work with them. They have an internal program of resource development, so they're constantly growing and getting better.

We’ve managed to launch the MVP for our client within the strict investor’s deadline. The overall performance of the platform we’ve worked on is the key metric. The biggest issue was the speed of the platform because of the huge amount of data. The platform wasn’t that user-friendly, so improving that was one of the key goals for us. Since working with Uvik Software, we’ve seen faster load times and better user feedback.

From the first weeks, the cooperation felt natural and well-integrated into our workflow. The team did not require heavy onboarding or constant supervision. We’ve seen clear progress through predictable delivery and improved product stability. UVIK Software has shipped the agreed milestones on schedule, reduced the number of production issues after release, and improved overall performance and usability. As a result, our team has been able to onboard users faster, respond to changes more quickly, and maintain a stable release cadence with fewer regressions. Although we haven’t tracked every KPI formally from day one, we’ve seen measurable progress across operations and the user onboarding flow. For example, we’ve reduced production escalations and urgent hotfixes by roughly 40% after stabilization (from ~10/month to ~6/month). Onboarding from the first login to “first value” has become faster by about two days (from ~5 days to ~3 days, ~40% improvement). Moreover, key pages and APIs have become ~25–30% faster on average (e.g., typical API response has improved from ~700 ms to ~500 ms). Our release cadence has improved from ~2 releases/month to ~6 releases/month, with fewer regressions. Some changes from UVIK Software have had the biggest impact on the improvements we’ve seen. For example, their stabilization and bug-fix sprints for critical flows have prioritized the highest-impact production issues and improved error handling and edge-case coverage in the most-used user journeys, which has directly reduced urgent hotfixes and escalations. Finally, they’ve added monitoring and faster troubleshooting by adding better logging/metrics and clearer error visibility, which has made it easier to detect issues early and resolve them faster.
