We work with three people from their team, including an account manager, a PPC manager who adjusts the advertising, and a team lead. From my understanding, he’s the head of the PPC managers. If any issues arise, we solve them with him.

So far, we’ve invested about $40,000, including advertising and campaigns.

We have a particular target for our products regarding spending, sales, and so on. We’ve been checking how fast we’ve been reaching those targets. Since working with Unitix, we’ve decreased our advertising spend and increased our sales, which is why we still work with them. We’re satisfied with the collaboration.

We usually communicate through Messenger. Once a week or every two weeks, we have a meeting with the team via Zoom or Google Meet.

First, Unitix collected information for me regarding my target audience on Amazon. Then, they created an advertisement structure for my products, which included many different Amazon advertising strategies. After that, they helped me bring leads to my listing, optimizing my Amazon positioning and advertising cost.

I worked directly with an account manager, who provided me with general support. He also connected me with the PPC specialist, who helped with traffic leads, and a team leader, who was responsible for the project overall. Additionally, I communicated with Unitix’s owner.

Unitix was one of the first agencies I found when looking for a partner. They were very economical and had good-quality previous work, so I hired them.

I spent a little over $20,000, counting the ad spend. Their services cost around $300 per month.

We started working together around June 2021, but we had to stop our collaboration in January 2022 because I ran out of stock on Amazon. Once I can restock, I’ll return to their services.

I was totally satisfied with our collaboration due to their quality work and customer service. They helped me drive traffic to my products, increasing my sales. Once we restart our collaboration, I want to try new advertising strategies.

I didn’t have any delays or issues with Unitix because our engagement was very simple: I paid them, and they created advertising for my products. We had a meeting every two weeks, but I could also arrange other meetings with them when needed. Additionally, they provided me with weekly reports. For this, they used Google Data Studio’s dashboard, as well as Google Docs and Sheets.

Unitix is a very knowledgeable Amazon advertising specialist — they know what they do. They were very professional, and during our calls, they helped me understand PPC.

They helped us increase our Amazon’s ROI; we were at 5x ROI, and we’re now at 18.5x ROI. On the Google side, we went from 10x ROI to 15x ROI — these numbers are quite an improvement.

To communicate, we do Zoom meetings every two weeks. We also use emails every day, especially if we have updates or if they need anything from us. Our team can simply send them an email and they reply within an hour.

They can scale far quicker than we can internally. They’ve overachieved our target metrics. Unitix has exceeded our expectations on project management. Before we’ve started the project, they’ve been very realistic about what the improvements will look like.

Not at the moment. Unitix has made every aspect of our relationship easy. We are excited to see how the team manages ads throughout the holiday season.

We launched 2 patient care products. Our goal was to start selling products to the top 100 sellers in 3 months. We were able to achieve this

The brand’s goal was to reach sales growth while maintaining its existing Amazon Advertising budget. Unitix started with a search for opportunities to grow profits. As a result, Unitix was able to identify the most relevant keywords associated with the company’s products. Once we made the necessary changes to retail readiness, we started running Advertising sponsored campaign ads.

Improving the efficiency of bid adjustments and utilizing the search query and campaign performance reports, we performed manual optimization on a weekly basis. To maintain steady ROAS, we deployed Sponsored Products campaigns focused on top-converting keywords. By leveraging Sponsored Brands campaigns, we promoted new and prioritized products.

These Sponsored Brand campaigns were created to contribute to the goal of increased awareness. With their help, we created an excellent opportunity to differentiate the brand’s offering while ensuring that customers shopped for the products that match their pets’ needs.
