While we are generally very satisfied with the services provided by Unitix.PPC, there are a few areas where we think they could improve. One area for improvement is in their approach to strategy development. We would have appreciated more proactive recommendations from their team, rather than waiting for us to initiate discussions on how we can improve our advertising performance.
We believe that they could have been more assertive in providing us with new ideas and strategies that could help us to achieve better results. Another area for improvement is in their reporting. While their reports are detailed and insightful, we think they could be more visually engaging and easier to digest. Adding more charts and graphs could help to make the information more accessible and easier to understand.

We hired Unitix as an advertising agency to promote our products on Amazon.

We saw a few webinars of the Unitix team, and we liked their expertise and their work approach.

Unitix analyzed our product line and suggested a strategy for each product. Then they took a couple of days to prepare, and after that, they started advertising and traffic optimization.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
All our daily communication is going through a messenger in a workgroup. In this group are PPC and account managers, who are responsible for the result.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We increased our sales several times. Wherein a percentage of AD spend to sales became much lower.
