We had deadline and we needed 4 Python developers and 2 JS developers at the closest date.

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

Because the project was such a high priority, we needed partner whom we can rely on. We’d partnered with Unit-Space a few years ago, and they always meet our project goals.

First 2 Python devs and 1 JS joined our team immediately. Other part of the team joined after a few days. Developers have good English skills what made the process of communication with our in-house team easier.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to meet the deadlines, and right now 1 Python dev and 1 JS are still working with our team, and we are happy with them.

We used Jira, Slack, as well as collaborate a lot on Slack calls and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They produced good results. They also worked hard, and the developers were really experienced and skilled.

I had a request to create an NFT Marketplace for one of the labels which I helped to grow. Since this Market is overcrowded right now I was seeking for the professional team who has experience and capabilities to cover all our needs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

During the search I checked around 15 companies, but the guys from Unit Space made the greatest impression. Their portfolio, their approach while we've been discussing all the details were on the highest level. In the end I selected Unit Space as a vendor to deliver project from scratch.

The main goal was to create the NFT Marketplace from scratch. The projects steps been:

• Create final SOW
• Design
• Smart contract Development
• Development of the frontend part
• Admin panel development
• Integration of the Smart contract into the platform
• QA & Release -Right now we are working on the development of new features

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had 1 Project Manager and Business analysts for all time available during the project. As I know development team consisted of: Designer, 1 Smart contract developer, 2 frontend, 2 backend guys, 1xQA and the DevOps who helped a lot during the release of our platform and setting up the cloud infrastructure. Big thanks to Alex, who was taking care the management side of Unit Space.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From my client's side there was a problem in some lacks of information for the platform, and the guys from Unit Space achieved great results even when we haven't been ready with something. Deadlines were reached as discussed and we were able to be on the market before New Year just as we wanted.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Daily meetings, Weekly updates and Sprint Results were always ready on time. Guys from Unit Space are using Jira, Confluence and Zephyr for the project management and documentation flow which makes the process very clear.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Since the beginning of creation this NFT Marketplace I was excited about the deep understanding of the market and what I, as a customer, need. The team was onboarded and introduced to me and after everything was on the top-notch level.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The price line always could be less, but right now I know what I've paid for. It's really impressive that the team loves what they do. Unit Space is very organized and all processes are set up in the right way.

We gave an average idea of the project with a short description. During first 2 week BA made a great technical requirements and we started design and development!

Team size was around 18-20 people. Including Business Analyst, Project Manager, Designers, Frondend, backend devs and QA.

Right after finishing the first version we raise a good money and now going to continue our work!

We are very happy with project managment. We had an access to Jira board and we've seen everything what going on in the project.

Communication and quality of the services which been provided. Everything was on the TOP level.

Not now. Now everyhing is on the top level!

We’d partnered with a different firm a few years back, but it wasn’t successful. We needed a partner who could meet our project goals.

Our friend recommended Unit Space for us. They have big experience in IT sphere and they understand how can help make reality thoughts of customers. Their level of quality work is very good. We liked Unit Space's rate structure and generally enjoyed working with them. We believed in what they could develop for us. The deciding factor was looking at their past projects and successes they had in the industry and the belief that they were the best partner for us.

They completed the full cycle of development. Starting from the idea and finishing by fully realized the project.

The team was six people. They have a very high qualification and a deep knowledge of development. We have one project manager, one frontend dev, one QA, one designer, one backend dev and one VR specialist.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

With their collaboration, we’ve developed a complete great corporate website. Unit Space's work has had a huge impact on our business.

I run daily operations with the help of one other person. The only way in which I could sell more products without hiring more people was to extend myself. I had to speak to the customers and get all the details from them, trying to understand what they wanted to do. Besides this, I was always getting calls asking for pricing.

All of this is now available on the website, so customers can find the information themselves. They're getting their own pricing and layouts, so I don't even have to speak to them in many cases.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had one project meeting in a week in which I saw all the updates. All the information was passed down to me by email. Unit Space was able to deliver the work within time and budget.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We didn’t look for the easiest solution but found new questions to ask and new ways to answer those questions. This is ultimately how we came up with an idea that has effectively benefitted our organization.
