I wanted to create a moderately complex website based on a basic concept, ideas, and wireframes.

We evaluated vendors based on their ability to create an MVP with minimal oversight. They were selected after we interviewed multiple companies.

They designed and developed a PHP web application. They provided graphics, buttons, and styles for the website. The platform serves customers, displays account balances, and it interfaces with multiple third party APIs. 

What was the team composition?

My primary points of contact were a project manager and project director. They also had a team of  2–6 developers.

Unified Infotech brought our project to life. They have successfully completed milestone after milestone.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their project management was very effective. The team established a timeline, and they stayed on schedule. We communicated daily via a chat, and we had regular meetings with the team. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They excel at working independently with minimal oversight. 

Are there any areas for improvement?

The differences in time zone can be challenging, as related issues can slow down the iterations. A bug tracker could prove useful, but overall I am very satisfied with the quality of work.

We asked them to develop a casino comparison website. We found that when it came to choosing the right online casino, trust was a major factor, so we needed a premium looking product.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a top-quality comparison website on which you could compare the top online casinos, read and submit reviews, and keep up to date with the latest bonuses and promotions from online casinos.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched multiple sources such as Upwork and Toptal. We found Unified Infotech on Upwork and discussed our project with them. They presented similar projects they had worked on and we were very impressed.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

They were fully responsible for the design and development of the website. They custom built the site on WordPress, which now gives us great flexibility for publishing and for future development. The project lasted about 6 weeks.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with one project manager who then communicated what I wanted to his team of developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project was a great success. From start to finish, the guys were brilliant to work with. I presented a rough brief of what we wanted and they creatively and effectively delivered exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to develop a website from scratch and I really appreciate all the hard work.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We would communicate through Skype, Upwork, and email. The team was 5.5 hours ahead (via time-difference), but this was no problem as they would even stay in the office late just to take my call.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with how they managed to execute what was a difficult project.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

I suppose we could have spent more time testing the website, but that was just as much my fault since I wanted to get the website live sooner.
