Our bookkeeping was well-managed and we knew that because our accountants freed up time from us. We only provided them with the bare minimum (input) to do their job efficiently, but they did it so well that there wasn't a need for any input from us in return!

They were responsive, which was especially important because they worked remotely. Otherwise, the entire process could have been bogged down for too long. They consistently produced what we wanted and built up our confidence in them even more so than it already had before. We generally communicated via email and video calls with each other throughout this project due to their location being much further away from us, geographically speaking.

Outsourcing has become a common term in the fast-paced world of business. It is a way to manage your company's work, by hiring remote employees and delegating them as supervisors. Outsourcing live chat support services can be beneficial for companies because it frees up time they may use elsewhere more effectively than their own staff could do alone.

Project managers are a lifesaver. They know exactly what they're doing and how to get things done, so you never have to worry about the quality of their work or whether it will be completed on time. You can't go wrong with them!

We've been working with them for a while now, and we really enjoy the fact that they always challenge our ideas, looking at it from different angles to make sure what we want is achievable. They're not afraid of telling us when something might be impossible or bad; even if it costs more money in the process. I'm pretty confident that they won't work on anything against their values (even though as long as you pay them).

Response rate from possible prospects increased by 20% by filtering target audience and setting up unique messaging cadence for prompt responses. The Average Email Open Rate was 35% and the response rate was 12-14%, which, I personally think, is just outstanding.

The workflow was great. We used to have a meeting on Mondays and Thursdays. The company CEO, and the Digital Marketing Manager would be on every call apart from the people working on our project.
