They’re making the view of the building according to the final plans we sent them for it. The actual deliverables are 3-D illustrations and animations we put outside of the building.

We only work with one person from their team.

How did you come to work with Triface International?

I found them on the internet and saw the type of work they do. We then spoke on the phone, we gave them a trial project, and they were great. They finished everything quickly, taking into account all the changes I asked for, and it was a pleasure working with them. After that engagement, we decided on starting to work with them on other projects.

We spend $400 on each project we do with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since November 2020, and the engagement is ongoing. I have around ten projects going on, and I intend to give them all.

The high-resolution signs they provide are helping us in attracting potential customers for our apartments.

We mainly communicate via WhatsApp, which is very comfortable for me because I can see everything immediately.

I’m happy working with them because they’re responsive, polite, and patient with all the changes we ask for.

I don’t think there’s something they can improve on; they’re great, and I wouldn’t change anything.

What challenge were you trying to address with Triface International?

We were having difficulties explaining our products and offerings to our clients. We hired Triface International to work on creating explainer videos that we could help our customers understand our products more easily.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve made around 12 3D videos, each averaging around 30 seconds in length. Triface International shared good ideas which helped us in developing those videos. Additionally, they do digital marketing and promote the videos on Facebook and Instagram to help us attract new customers.

I am directly in contact with the owner. He was in touch with our marketing team as well.

I found them through one of my friends. Their owner provided great suggestions for the videos, which made us decide to choose them. Also, their work is very good and their pricing is fair.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around 350,000 rupees (approximately $5,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2020 and the collaboration is ongoing as they continue the work on our social media. Whenever we have a requirement for a video, we pass it on to them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have yet to get measurable results but we will probably see them in about six months. We just started working together in October and the production phase lasted about three to four months, so we don’t have any results yet but are hoping for the best.

How did Triface International perform from a project management standpoint?

Triface International understood my needs from day one. They were great at giving us different ideas in terms of what could be done. Plus, the team edits videos immediately whenever we need them to. Overall, the videos were completed within the given timeframe and Triface International manages everything really well. 

We mainly communicated through WhatsApp and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by the different ideas they came up with for creating the videos. They did really well with conveying exactly what we needed to show our clients, which I consider to be the best part. Their support during each and every step was great, too.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I can come up with right now.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The way of doing business right now is changing a lot and the buying pattern has dramatically changed due to the pandemic, so I would suggest that all companies invest in creating 3D videos. This will definitely help in growing their business during difficult times.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Triface International helped prepare our company presentations. The team did a couple of animations to  showcase our technical products and technologies, like gold refining plants, along with flowcharts of our processes. We offer a range of heating and cooling systems and Triface International helped animate a training module on how to operate these, detailing how it looks and how it works. 

We supplied our company profile, photographs, and videos that could be incorporated into the presentations. They wrote the script but we were the ones who edited it. They compiled everything and made presentations that we could use for marketing and promotional purposes.

They also provided professional expertise when we were making our website. Triface acted as consultants and we considered and incorporated their suggested photographs and animations. We formatted the site based on their guidelines.

We’re in contact with the owner. We’ve been introduced to four other people who worked on the design and formatting of the content.

I searched online and found a few companies on the first page of the Google search results. I talked to these companies over the phone and found Triface International, particularly the owner, to be quite responsive. He provided us with the right information and also came to meet us. We knew he would be perfect for the job.

We’ve invested around $15,000–$20,000.

We started working together in September 2016 and the partnership is still ongoing.

The quality of work is very good. I’ve always been satisfied with whatever final product Triface International delivers.

How did Triface International perform from a project management standpoint?

The team’s project management is good. They deliver within the established timeframe. Content sharing and communication are usually via email and over the phone, while presentations are all done on either email or Facetime.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m very satisfied and impressed with their work. If I need to make similar presentations, I’ll definitely go ahead with them for all future projects.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could hire more people to work with them. I found it difficult to coordinate with the team about one of our 4–5 projects. This could have been because of a shortage of staff or because they had several projects going on at that time. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Provide them with the right information and content. Triface International will best be able to do the job if all the right materials are provided.

Our company needed motion graphics animation and logo design services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Triface International designed our logo and came up with at least three versions of it. The team produced an intro animation for our studio that involved a human figure and a shooting star passing across and disappearing to make way to our logo. 

What is the team composition?

I was in direct contact with their principal, who made sure that everything was executed properly.

My team did some company research. Out of the five people that applied to the RFP, Triface International was the timeliest and the most efficient when it came to liaising with us on the project’s specifications and budget. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement started in March 2021. The team finished the project in about two weeks.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had 30 of our team members review the animation samples before getting to the final delivery. Out of those, 27 of them chose the intro we have currently as the best one. Our business looks forward to working with Triface International on further projects.

How did Triface International perform from a project management standpoint?

Triface International was timely and focused throughout the process. I was in touch with their CEO every day, including on weekends, to talk about the project's status and any changes we could have. We had a two-week deadline, and they delivered in exactly 11 days.

They were transparent, responded quickly, and were always available on Whatsapp. The cost was very reasonable, and they were flexible regarding payment options. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our staff was impressed with Triface International’s creativity. We gave them examples of what we had in mind, and they came up with more convenient and effective solutions that surpassed our expectations. We didn’t have a traditional client-vendor relationship; we collaborated more as a team. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Triface International uses Autodesk, whereas some other studios have started using a new platform called Houdini. It would benefit them greatly if they learned how to use that software so they can expand their services. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Communication is the most important thing for anyone looking to work with them. Since the team is based offshore, some English terminologies might be a challenge. If the client is able to explain the project in detail, they can consider it done.
