1 month after Covid lockdown, when HoReCa was shut-down, we decided to run a development program for HoReCa owners, to empower then to go digital with their business. This project was a partnership with Mastercard and was targeting HoReCa owners & managers, objectives being encouragement, but also to provide them with concrete ideas on how to pivot their business from off-line/ on-premise to on-line/ delivery.

Told was the partner company that developed the positioning of thr program, the CONCEPT (HoReCa, together), the visual design, the website, the CRM strategy & plan, the presentations design and the digital media assets (Social Media, digital ads,PR, emailing). The program was extremely powerful, having enrolled over 1000 HoReCa owners & managers into the on-line sessions (at a time when Zoom was still in discovery in Romania), with a very high feedback from the participants on the relevance of the program, as practical utility,but also as industry solidarity that it drove.
