It covers the entire catalog with all option combinations in real time, works directly within the app, and loads in just a few seconds. Since its launch, it has replaced static images and manual requests for quotes. Customers build their own configurations and see the price, while the sales department receives ready-made specifications instead of a series of follow-up requests. Order processing has sped up significantly, and the path from logging into the app to making a purchase has been noticeably shortened.

One thing that really stood out to me was how much they genuinely cared about making the customizer the best it could be. Throughout development, they suggested additional features and improvements on their own, not because they had to, but because they were invested in creating the highest quality final product possible. Additionally, we wanted the customer to be able to export the pendant as a pdf so they could design with it if they'd like to as well as download a png to put into their moodboards.

The configurator launched successfully on the client's website with all features delivered: 3D customization, PDF export, and lead capture. Responsive and cross-browser tested. Post-launch conversion metrics are currently being collected.
