🚨 Avoid at all costs! 🚨 Our experience with this company has been absolutely terrible. We were initially contacted by Mark and signed up for services in March 2025. Shortly after granting them access to our Google My Business page, it was suspended. Google later explained that the suspension was due to a violation involving a third-party account linked to ours.

Our account manager, Diondra, showed little to no enthusiasm during our calls. The quality of work was extremely poor, and communication was painfully slow—if we got a response at all. After spending $6,000, this level of service is completely unacceptable.

Great Reputation, Disappointing Service Thrive Internet Marketing Agency has a great reputation with an impressive marketing team, and they likely have some teams that provide excellent service. We engaged with them for Google Ads, SEO, and social media advertising services.
Pros: The Google Ads team is successful and delivers as expected.
Cons: There is essentially no social media advertising team.
The SEO team is almost non-existent. All the reports they sent were incorrect. If you don’t know what you're doing, you will be in trouble. They sent the same report five times, but it continued to be wrong each time. Reports are manipulated. They claim we have a 6-month contract and continued to charge us without providing the promised services. In summary, while their reputation and marketing team might be commendable, our experience with their service delivery was far from satisfactory.
